The assistant was the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and miserable person not only to me but to her co workers at the front desk as well. I will be looking for another office.

In September I had an appointment set up. Advantage called and moved it to October 26th. I showed up for my appointment today, and they put someone in my appointment because I didn't confirm my appointment. I thought if you have an appointment set up you have an appointment!! So disappointed! Never will I go back! See below in letter to me!! Your appointment is reserved especially for you!!! If you are scheduled for a teledentistry appointment, follow the call-in instructions previously emailed to you. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. If you are unable to keep the appointment, please notify us immediately. While mask mandates and requirements have been reduced in most settings, the CDC still recommends the use of masks in a healthcare setting. At this time, we require a mask or double-layer face covering at all times while in the practice. If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19, please call to reschedule your appointment. Disappointed in their customer care. I showed up to my appt only to learn it was canceled. It is close to school starting and there are no apps available. They said they have a policy to confirm the day before or they will cancel. I ave always showed up to appts in the past. I wasn't made aware of this practice. They are way too be focused on money vs care and that is not what we are looking for in a dentist.

Our family has been going to Advantage dental for about four years now. Sara at the front desk is very sweet. The dentist makes our kids feel very safe and that's important to us as parents. The dental hygienist is very patient and does a good job with my children and myself. The office is very clean. I highly recommend The advantage dental in Albany.

The entire staff at the Albany location are simply superb in their care towards all their patients. Dr. Prevish is very knowledgeable and her explanations of the treatment are easy to understand. She has a lovely manner of interacting with everyone. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and their staff to anyone looking for a high quality group of dentists and technicians. Excellent rating!

I had two fillings done today. One involved an old filling from mid-sixties. Dr Prevish and Rachel worked so well together to ease my anxiety and smoothly get the job done. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work done. Frequently checking on my comfort. Honestly can't say enough.

I am giving this office 2 stars. They get the stars because the receptionist is really kind, caring and sweet. The doctor herself is nice along with her Dental assistant(s)but they repeatedly lie about how many appointments you will need or what procedures will be done and the follow up for them. They are just out to get more and more money from you. This location is a fraudulent joke. I would recommend going somewhere else for dental care if you don't want to get ripped off and repeatedly told lies and different stories about your care. Also if you don't want to wait for treatment when they mess up and break a tooth.

Sarah has been phenomenal in helping me with my partners pain and and appointments. She has been attentice and timely in calling me back which is surprisingly refreshing for dental services. Keep up thebgood work and hope you get a raise!

Went to 4 ER visit because of infection and pain, I was never given any pain meds, the dentist refused after 4 major pulling, the pain was too much and had to visit the ER again where they gave me a weeks supply of meds and antibiotics. The issue with this company is they have too many patients and scheduling is way out and as a result infection get more infected, ER visits go up and everything is put off until 6 months. I have no choice to be on the insurance that I have to see Advantage, I have had issue with this company since another state, which is where the issues above began, its been now years of lack of dental. I am now on the phone from emergency again trying to get my tooth pulled

I do not love this office but it's who I was assigned to by Oregon OHP. I called and they don't answer their recording says leave a message and you will receive a call back with in 24 hours, however not only did I not get a call back in 24 hours, I never got a call back. Left a message again, we shall see.

So extremely dissatisfied with this place! After going to 3 different locations and about 8 months of waiting to get my sons wisdom teeth out, this dentist( Dr. Bell)and his assistant were not only unprofessional, they were extremely disrespectful. Apparently they are completely clueless about anxiety and how it affects the human body. I had previously spoken with the dentist and the Stayton office about my sons severe anxiety which he is on medication for. The dentist prescribed him some halcyon and assured us that he would make sure my son was relaxed and would most likely not remember the procedure. He also told us not to give him his regular meds as the halcyon would take care of calming him and if he needed more, they would give it to him at the office. Well after driving an hour to the Albany location we arrived at the office 10 minutes before our appointment time. I informed them immediately that my son was not feeling the meds and was having horrible anxiety. They completely shrugged me off and said the doctor would take care of it. Well 40 minutes later they finally take us back and my sons blood pressure was 153/91 and he was still in a full blown anxiety attack. I mention the prior conversation I had had with the dentist and the Stayton office and ask them if they are going to give him something to help calm him because that halcyon (which was the weakest dose possibe) had not helped and reminded them that he is on medication for anxiety but had not taken any due to the dentists orders. The assistant became rude and unwilling to listen to my concerns so she went to get the dentist. Well let me tell you that he was worse at listening than his assistant was. He was rude, refused to address my questions, and definitely did not care about my concerns as a parent. He didnt seem to understand what anxiety is and that it affects blood pressure. After taking work off, driving for and hour and then sitting in their waiting room for 40 minutes, they refused to do the procedure due to his high blood pressure. I had to repeatedly tell the assistant to stop yelling at me simply because I had questions and concerns about my son. As a mother I would definitely not recommend taking children to this dentist but even as an adult I should not have been treated this way over something I had already addressed my concern about way before the appointment. I honestly think they are just overbooked and cannot keep up with their appointments because it was 9am and they were already 30 minutes behind. Whatever the reason this office is very unprofessional and I'm actually glad the dentist didnt get his hands on my son cuz he certainly did not care about him or how he was feeling.
