Dr. Jiral has an excellent reputation and has been practicing in the Fredericksburg/ Richmond area for over 25 years. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and has been adjunct faculty at VCU. Dr. Jiral focuses on the whole individual in delivering dental care. He and his team are constantly improving their clinical skills by keeping up with all the latest advances in the profession. Dr. Jiral is pleased to have the benefit of working with such a talented clinical team and is enthusiastic about the new patients he will meet in 2019.

While serving in the Navy I was given the opportunity to volunteer as a dental assistant at a Naval clinic in Japan. The experience was so rewarding that I decided to pursue a career as a dental hygienist and later graduated with honors from Old Dominion University. The most rewarding part of my work is educating patients in order to help them attain optimal oral health. When Im not assisting patients, Im enjoying a variety of activities with my husband and son and look for opportunities to hike in the beautiful state of Virginia!
In 2006 I began my career in dentistry as a dental assistant. I found the work so rewarding I decided to further my education in order to specialize in dental hygiene. After completing the required classes in 2009 I was accepted by Northern Virginia Community College and graduated in 2011. I look forward to assisting our patients and when Im not working my husband and I enjoy life on our farm and spending time with our sons and grandsons at the beach or camping in the mountains.
After graduation from James Madison University (Go Dukes!) in 2013, I started my career in the dental field. I joined the team at Advantage Dental in 2019 and couldnt be happier. Our team is dedicated, easy to work with and we all love assisting patients. I plan on continuing my education in dentistry with studies in dental hygiene. My free time is all about my son and our dog we enjoy a variety of activities together and spend most of our time outdoors.
In 2015 I earned my Associates Degree as a Dental Assistant in Alabama. After several years working in dentistry I accepted a position at Advantage Dental and look forward to furthering my education. With a husband in the military, I have had the opportunity to live in different states, including Texas and recently moved to Virginia. During my free time I look forward to outdoor activities and travel.
We believe that a comprehensive treatment plan is most beneficial to our patient. Experience, knowledge and skill combined with modern techniques and technology offer tremendous benefits to our patients. Experience matters.

Not entirely sure how this place got such great reviews, my disabled mother made an appt, was told they took her insurance and only got x-rays? They didn't even clean her teeth then they didn't listen to her concerns as she has been having increased issues and pain with a tooth and has been way overdue for a crown. They told her to bite on a stick and she left, had to pay for her x-rays. Skip this place.

My first visit and I was extremely pleased. The staff was awesome. They were kind, friendly and very informative about what they were doing. I'm happy I found a new dentist office so easily. I say their sign while driving by and figured I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did.

Best dentist in the area hands down but takes limited insurance. Most employer plans list them as out of network...and that list is growing. They also don't take medicaid either. Because they no longer take my employer insurance I now must sadly look for another dentist...

Yesterday I had a 6 month dental cleaning. I have extreme dental anxiety, from the front office staff to the dentist were amazing, gentle and very kind. I met the new dentist at my visit Dr. Goroya (sorry if I spelled that wrong) I've been grinding my teeth due to my bite changing he gave 3 options to correct the issue all in very different price ranges which I really appreciate! The dental asst was so very sweet as well as my hygienist Ciara! I can't say enough good things about this office, I will miss Dr Jiral but he is retiring us into great hands!

Dr. Jiral is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. His staff is wonderful and every one of my interactions with the Receptionists, Techs, and Hygienists have been above my expectations. I've struggled over the years to find a dentist that both listens AND actually cares about what I have to say. This office is fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jiral and his wonderful staff!!

My dental experience was amazing!!!! I went in for a deep cleaning (I don't like shots if at all possible), so I was informed of some powerful medicine that would applied to the gum line. Oh my goodness..idk what is in that medicine not only didi I not feel anything..I asked the hygienist if she was doing a deep cleaning..she replied "yes".. I dozed off.. The best dental practice in the world..on a scale from 1 to 10..they get a 10 from me!!!
