Update - received a very nice call from Jennifer who apologized for any miscommunication and assured us it was not their intention to come across that way. Scheduled an appointment with them. Thank you! Not to the customer's advantage- My entire family had been going here for our dental care for 15 years through many iterations of this dental practice. Many changes and not to the advantage of the patient/customer. This time was the final bad move on their part - I had scheduled my cleaning months in advance, but less than a week before the appointment they called and said the hygienist I always went to no longer works there. No "sorry, can we schedule with one of the others I had seen". Best of all when I said I guess I need to find a new practice the response was "ok" and they hung up...

There has been such a noticeable shift since Oral Health. The constant barrage of paperwork prior to each check up is questionable. I have had constant misinformation about appointments. My recent appt was scheduled 6 months ago. I got a phone call the day informing me "they are closed at noon for lunch so they have to reschedule my appt" as if I don't have a work schedule? A service industry that is closed during lunch hour seems off. This call also came after Advantage sent me texts and emails that I was required to confirm I would be there. After 10+ years I'm finding a new dental health center.

Nice staff but the whole office leaves at once for lunch so you can't call them, and they frequently do not pick up any calls

I won't be setting foot in this place ever again. Their equipment is old and outdated and my most recent experience is what turned me. I went in because I was having some pain in a tooth. They told me I had a cracked wisdom tooth and it needed to be pulled. But they wouldn't pull it until I had a deep cleaning, which they scheduled 2 months out. Fast forward two weeks from the initial appt, I'm in bad pain, but they couldn't get me in right away. I went to a different Dentist and found out my tooth was highly infected and the new dentist didn't understand why Advantage didn't pull it for me before it got to this point. The new Dentist had more updated equipment and the person I saw explained everything I had going on while pointing to the cool 3d picture of my mouth. The sad part is I'm kicking myself for not switching sooner.

I can't get over how friendly the staff is here. My son needed a filling and dr Stephanie and Danielle made our experience so much better.

Dental hygienist Cheyenne was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. She even helped me with an issue I was having with a dental retainer, and suggested next steps. The doctor was also efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. The front end receptionists are friendly and helpful as well. Overall I feel that my teeth and their future are well taken care of here!

I have been going to this location for 7 years. They have great dentists and hygienists. But the billing is terrible. I have been billed multiple times for services not perform. I recently got a bill for services for me and my family from April. They booked this appointment and on the day of the appointment I always sign to know what my cost is. Now 8 months later I get a bill. The insurance is saying I am not covered because it wasn't time for the appointment. When I spoke to the billing department they told me it's my fault because I should have known what my insurance covers. They told my husband he was due to x-rays and now billing him for x-rays because he wasn't due for them for another 10 days. I am not going back to this place for me or my family. I don't want to take the chance of ending up with another $500 bill because they didn't confirm my coverage before they provide services.

This place is AMAZING!!! I have unending gratitude for how much wonderful care they provided to my mom. My mom has Alzheimer's and it made any kind of doctors visit extremely challenging for her, me, and the dentist. DentaQuest provided her with amazing care and compassion as we navigated a challenging dental situation over the course of 4 years. We saw 3 different dentists over the years, each of them and their dental assistants were incredible. One dentist even sang to my mom when she was afraid. I would recommend this facility 100% to anyone.

I have been coming here for years: excellent Hygienists, dentists and state-of-the-art equipment! My Hygienist, Rosemary, is so gentle as I have sensitive teeth, and thorough! Dr. Sadler (& her asst., Donna) are excellent with pain control! I NEVER feel a needle nor do I ever feel pain during dental work! Dr. Gresham is amazing with root canals & crowns! Nobody likes the dentist, but at Advantage Dental I know I'm always in good hands!

They diagnosed my issue well. With a temporary crown I seem to be feeling little to zero pain with my cracked tooth. The receptionists are all friendly and helpful. And it was one of the few places that took my insurance so it has been a very good experience.

I came for a second opinion when my previous dentist suggested my tooth need to be capped. Without even seeing me in person. Dr. Patel quickly affirmed that was not necessary and that she could replace the cracked filling instead of capping the tooth and not only did she recommend this but also did it on the spot as she had an opening in her schedule that was unexpected.This not only saved me $500 and a more invasive fix but I switched from my previous dentist to keep coming here from now on. The staff I interacted with was excellent across all aspects. Highly recommend and I was referred here from a long time resident and I appreciated the reference. Thank you!

I go to this place for the high octane toothpaste and mouthwash. That's all. They are fine for cleanings or cavities. For secondary services(caps, root canals etc), I would not go here. I have had an issue every time I've tried a secondary service. This is a response to reply from mgmt: I have voiced my concerns to the people at the front desk, the dentist etc. They don't seem to take it seriously.

Excellent service. Go beyond safety protocols for Covid-19. Staff very friendly. Rosemary, the dental hygienist in the Westborough office is stellar. Highly recommend this dental office.
