Hi, I normally don't give reviews I'm embarrassed how I use to look, dr Orr did my front veneers in a hour and my life totally change. I have a new partner in my life, got a new job the same week, I feel better in everything, I never thought doing one dental procedure with doctor Orr will change my life. many thanks to this top-notch office.

The staff is very caring, understanding, and helpful. Another bonus of my experience was that there were zero discomforts with injections, I was told no pain no gain, but doctor Orr hands so gentle you feel nothing and you are numb throughout the whole procedure. Thank you so much for providing such great services!

Oh, my goodness, I would highly recommend this doctor. the best personal dental experience I have ever had. I was very nervous about getting my teeth cleaned but they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I will be coming back again and again.

If you experience tooth pain or have a broken or missing tooth, go to Dr Orr. The staff is good, and they are more than helpful. It's worth the drive if you want highly professional dental care. They are by far the best in the dental business in my mind. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking treatment. They are gentle, caring and very reasonable, fair price in this economy you want the best for right price. you won't be disappointed, Thanks for everything dr orr.

never had a tooth extraction before, but apparently it is nothing to worry about; just gentle squeeze, but if you have a professional doctor like Dr Orr, which I can now say for myself, I was a bit anxious at first, but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had a fantastic experience the office. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they did a fantastic job on my teeth!

When I read through the reviews and see such negative ones I can't even begin to understand how ! Dr Orr has been nothing more than amazing and sooo understanding of my dental anxiety ! She is slowly making my dental anxiety a thing of the past and making my smile healthier and look better little by little .. Definitely recommend dr Orr and her entire staff

Front desk staff rude and doctor unresponsive thereto. Also agree with Bonnie.

You will notice the majority of 5-star reviews are by posters with no profile picture, have only reviewed once (this practice), and use the same verbiage throughout. All red-flags point towards in-office or paid-by-office reviews. Keep these red-flags in mind before deciding on any medical practice.

I can't thank Dr. Orr,and her awesome staff, for meeting my every need. She is an excellent dentist, and a good person, I've had the pleasure to know, these last several years. She has gone above the call of duty, for me. I love her. God bless you! Rita Curtiss

The visit with Dr Orr was rushed, and I was pushed to have crowns done on my molars that had amalgam fillings done over 40 years ago that have given me no problems. I got a second opinion from my longtime periodontist who said this was completely unnecessary and suspect to a scam. Beware...this Dentist is all about the money, and not necessarily being honest or caring with her patients. If you see Dr.Orr, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion.

Love this practice. Dr Orr is an amazing and extremely capable dentist. My fourth dentist of my lifetime and will hopefully my last. Marissa is also an excellent hygienist!

The absolute best is how I describe Dr Orr and her practice. Both my wife and I are new patients, and we feel like we have been with her for years. The entire office is very friendly from the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave. Always willing to work with you if there is some sort of problem. I highly recommend Dr Orr and her practice.

I must warn that this office is not clean, professional, or quality. After reading the reviews I assumed differently, but upon arriving I was shocked. The staff communicates about patients right in front of other patients, which is unethical in my opinion. The facility itself was filthy and outdated, to the point where I personally suggested a "pen catch" when filling out paperwork because they were just using and reusing dirty pens (during Covid.) While I wasn't impressed with the state of the building, I wanted to give Dr. Orr a chance based off of her reviews. I'm shocked that so many people are pleased with her quality of care. She yelled over me abrasively and consistently whenever I tried to speak, misunderstanding my concerns, and became aggressive with me when I tried asserting what I was actually asking her to explain. She pulled her mask down right after entering the appointment for absolutely no reason, and kept it down for the remainder of the unpleasant visit. I'm immunocompromised and expect my healthcare providers to be safe about and conscious of that, so this terrified me. Sadly, she was well aware of my preexisting conditions. She became enraged that I asked for clarity on her advice; she just kept pushing her point that she can't do anything for any of my dental concerns and ended up kicking me out of the office!! When I commended a former dentist, she immaturely blurted, "go see him again, then!" and when I told her my insurance wasn't covered under him anymore, she laughed, said "too bad," and then bragged that he is her friend. She identified multiple small cavities, stated "there's nothing I can do to help you," and pushed me out. She said the only solution to my problems would be to get veneers (she just stated that I have cavities, so that advice was untrue) and that they're "hella expensive" and I could never afford them. She acted as a true "sleazy used car salesman," (but with veneers.) I have never had such an emotionally charged, unethical, startling experience at the dentist or any other provider and I was repulsed by her lack of professionalism. Lastly, she claimed she would be charging my insurance regardless. I 0/10 recommend this office: it's dirty, unprofessional, rude, and I'm pretty sure could be reported for any of this! I will say that the front desk staff was kind, at least. Be weary... apparently only her happiest patients have reviewed the office. I, myself HATE writing negative reviews and almost never do it if I ever even have, but given the discussions I've had with providers since, it's worthwhile to help spare other patients. Edit: I started skimming through the reviews wondering how I was fooled so well, and you can find very accurate negative reviews tucked within. All mention being shocked at her positive reviews, and one highlighted the point I forgot to mention that she cancels on patients constantly and last minute, making her own schedule and changing it whenever she desires. She yelled, "I'm the doctor, not you!" during our appointment, so it seems that she has a superiority complex of sorts that bleeds into her work. It took me forever to actually get in for this awful dental experience. This business is a scam!

Dr. Orr seems to "do it all", making it her business to be expert at everything dentistry. The office support staff do a great job. Dr. Orr did some extensive restoration work on my elderly Mom's teeth some years ago. She was caring and skilled doing that work so I switched to her for my dental needs. Dr. Orr has skillfully completed some work for me and I was pleased with her work.

I went here because it was closer than my old dentist after moving. I was supposed to have a cleaning and then Dr Orr said I had a minor decay starting she wanted to seal. I showed up to my appointment on time and waited for almost an hour. Then she had rushed, it was extremely painful when she drilled my tooth because she was rushing and careless, she had said the pain would be "quick". I waited so long to be rushed in and out, was in a lot of pain for a tooth that had never hurt before. Im not sure if she drilled too deep but my bite was also messed up and uncomfortable and had to have that fixed. Ever since i have pain and sensitivity in that tooth that was not present before my appointment with her. I will never go here again. She should've rescheduled me instead of being late and rushing me through my appointment and doing a bad job.

Would not recommend. Went in with a cracked tooth, was patronized due to insurance coverage, given a cleaning and upsold on a $2200 out of pocket procedure. Stear clear of this place and find an office that actually cares about the patients instead of pretending to. I had the opportunity to hear the dentist interact with staff while sitting in the waiting area and since it wasn't busy that day there weren't a lot of filters in the conversation - this dentist is not who she wants clients to think she is. Will never go back to this place.

Got an appointment because I was having pain. I waited an hour and was seen for less than 5 min. I wasn't helped and left feeling worse after being poked at. The dental assistant never introduced herself and let me know what was going on before she did it. I didn't feel comfortable there and won't be returning especially after not being helped because she had no time to properly see me.
