My family has had need of 4 root canals in the last 10 years. They have all been done here and we have never had any issues. Dr. Pfister and his staff have always been always extremely professional. The office is comfortable and welcoming. The procedures themselves have all been painless. I highly recommend this office. They make an otherwise unpleasant process pleasant and easy!

The very thought of going for dental work frightens me, but going for a root canal shoots me into and beyond "white knuckles " fear. HOWEVER, Dr Pfister and his assistant absolutely erased all fear, negated all chance of pain, kept me informed during the process, insured my personal comfort, and completed the root canal procedure absolutely without flaw. FIVE STARS all the way in every department !

This was my first root canal, and I can say that Dr. Pfister somehow made it a very relaxing procedure! Completely painless and he and the assistant made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also appreciated the front staff calling me the next day and checking in on how I was feeling. Will absolutely go here again if need be!

I have had quite a few bad dental procedure experiences in the past. Neededless to say I was not just nerves but terrified at the prospect of having to have a root canal done. I barely got any sleep the night before. I arrived today barely able to hold myself together. They were very professional yet patient and understanding. I was amazed at how painless and virtually no discomfort the procedure was. I highly recommend them. I only wish they did other procedures as I have several other different dental procedures ahead of me.

Woke up bright and early for a 7 AM root canal; I've never had a root canal so I was a bit nervous. However, Dr. Pfister and the entire team at Advanced Upstate Endodontics made the entire process very easy, painless, and worry-free. Obviously, nobody hopes to have to get a root canal or any dental procedure, but if you ever find yourself in need of work, this place will take good care of you.

Dr. Pfister and his staff were wonderful to me. They stayed late to see me before Thanksgiving. Then Dr. Pfister used all the newest technologies to make the root canal quite bearable.

This was my first time needing a root canal, and the experience of it was better than I could've imagined! He told me what he was doing the entire time, and constantly checked if I was ok! I will definitely recommend him to anyone!

My first contact with the office was setting up an appointment. Renee was cheerful and willing to accommodate my schedule. I was always greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude. Front desk individuals are so important to set the tone for the patient. Dr. Pfister and his staff were concerned with my comfort and condition for my procedure. I never experienced any pain while they performed the surgery. After surgery I did not need any medication for pain and have healed quickly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

The experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door! Impeccable customer service from all the staff. Everyone worries about a root canal and Dr. Pfister understands the angst every patient feels so he wants you to feel comfortable and that is exactly how the whole experience was. His explanation of the process, and his demeanor coupled with his incredible hand, I can assure you, you are in good hands. I chose to have nitris oxide(sp) and their massaging chairs are wonderful. I had the gas administered after the numbing portion of the visit and most people fear the needles but he is very good, you will be amazed with his work. I had a very infected tooth and stayed pain free from the moment I left his office. Thank you to everyone at Advanced Upstate Endodontics for making me feel comfortable.
