Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Especially to Dr. Elman who took amazing care, time and attention to me! I went through a lot with this tooth. I was really scared about getting a root canal especially due to the tenderness of it but Dr. Elman provides several suggestions, made me feel comfortable, was empathetic and understanding, and very thorough. And fun- who knew getting a root canal could be anything but fun? Thank you!

My daughter has pretty severe anxiety over any medical appointments, especially the dentist. She was devastated when she found out she needed 2 root canals. Our dentist recommended Dr Elman and they got us in on the same day even though she wasn't in pain. She dreaded the appt all day, but much to our surprise, it ended up being probably the best medical related appointment both my daughter and I have ever had. Dr Elman and his assistant made my daughter feel so much better and created an environment that was laid back, encouraging and even fun!! I never thought I would mention root canal and fun in the same sentence, but it truly was a great experience. When we left my daughter said that Dr Elman made her feel like he was her friend and even said, "I'm actually excited to go back to have the next root canal done". Thank you Dr Elman and staff for literally making our day! Kind people like you, who obviously like people and your job can totally transform others anxiety and dread for things that are often feared and even left undone even at the cost of health! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice!!

Great care from start to finish. I was seen very quickly, the staff was friendly and attentive and Dr. Elman and his surgical assistant were very attentive. They were patient and I felt I was treated with kindness and compassion. Overall it was a great experience (even though it was for a root canal procedure)!

I had an excellent experience here. They catered to my schedule and everything was quick and painless. One day after the procedure and I have 0 discomfort. Dr. Elman explained everything extremely well and even followed up with me later on in the day. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Advanced Root Canal Specialists by my dentist for an infection from a tooth that I had a root canal on a decade or so ago. At first I was worried the tooth would have to be extracted (not the best of options in your 30's!), but was happy to find out that there are other procedures--like an apicoectomy--that can remove the infected root of a tooth without removing the tooth itself. I won't describe in too much detail what an apicoectomy involves to protect any squeamish readers (and because the ARC specialists will definitely talk to you about it if you need one!), but many weeks post-procedure I'm glad it's an option! Dr. Elman performed my apicoectomy and really went above and beyond to explain and prepare me for the procedure, and to make it as comfortable as possible. If you find yourself in need of an apicoectomy and Dr. Elman is available, do not hesitate, schedule right away--the doc is a master of his craft! A few tips in case you find yourself scheduled for an apicoectomy: -First off, try not to stress. You're in good hands! -Wear comfortable clothing that are easy to relax and move in. An apicoectomy can involve turning your head (or even your upper body a bit!) so that the doc can perform the procedure optimally. -Be prepared to communicate. Compared to a root canal (which, in my experience, involved passively laying back and waiting for it to be over), an apicoectomy is much more collaborative, in my opinion, since I had to turn my head or open/close my mouth a certain amount. That said, it goes a lot more smoothly if you're open about when you need a break or need to adjust--believe me, the doc doing your procedure will not mind! -If you have specific podcast/music preferences on your own mobile device or a pair of headphones you're very partial to, bring them along. ARCS go to great lengths to make your experience comfortable, and they have iPads and noise cancelling headphones available for you to listen to music, but you could just as easily bring your own if you're very picky about this kind of thing. -Follow the post-op instructions very carefully! This should go without saying, but the more closely you follow the instructions, the better your healing will go. :)

Went in for a root canal today. I was so nervous. The assistant and doctor were so pleasant and calming. They created a welcoming environment with noise canceling headphones with music. The doctor himself even followed up to ensure I was well. No pain whatsoever. 10 out 10! Superior customer service!

They have the good coffee! After going thru dental hell by another dentist. I was referred to Advance Root Canal. Dr. Ellman was gentle, funny and made me comfortable with this experience. I was very nervous and afraid but Tamera, his assistant was a Godsend. She asked what kind of music I like and gave me a weighted blanket which made me even more relaxed. I felt safe and I trusted him when the first needle went I . He was so gentle and not aggressive like dentists I've experienced in the past. After that, it was a wrapped. Later, he called to check on me which made me feel good. This office will always be my go to for root canals. Awesome work! Awesome Team

Dr. Fakari and the staff were absolutely fabulous! Dr. Fakari is very knowledgeable, confident, calm, and just an outstanding professional. I had full confidence in him, the procedure went by very quickly and I felt comfortable from start to finish. If you need to take care of your root canal needs - I would recommend this group 100%. You will be happy!

I have severe dental anxiety, and ARCS was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dentist. Mynique offered me headphones, my choice of music, and a weighted blanket, and Dr. Fakhari asked me what aspects of dental work give me anxiety so we could talk about my specific concerns. He encouraged me to tell him if I felt any little pain after the anesthetic, and when I did, he thanked me and used more anesthetic. He also called me in the evening to check in. I wish I could use ARCS for all my dental needs. I am very grateful for the kind care I received and to have this procedure all done.

I have had about 4 roof canals done here and each time the staff is professional and kind. They do their best to make you comfortable, let you listen to music and such and they explain everything very well. They really put you at ease. I've had very good care with them and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Elman and his staff provided the best experience I could have hoped for while getting my first root canal. His goal was to provide comfort throughout the process, and his personality put me at ease. In a way... the care provided before the actual process almost made it feel like I was getting a day at the spa. Not only was the whole process painless --- he called me later that night to see how I was doing. That was something I had never experienced, and it told me how much he cares about his craft. His staff was also top-notch, friendly, and attentive during the process. I will definitely recommend Dr. Elman and his staff to everyone who will need endodontist services.

The best dental experience I have ever had and I have had a lot...lol. The focus on patient comfort was first class. Coffee and water were available in the waiting room, very friendly staff and wireless headphones with my favorite music were provided.

Really had an excellent experience with Dr. Fein. He was extremely nice and walked me through the process. It was much, much easier than I thought it would be. The other staff that I worked with was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend Dr. Fein to anyone.
