Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. I truly appreciated the honest consultation and overview of my gum health and future health path, even though it meant I would not need their services further. They confirmed that my dentist would be able to treat my issues, integrity goes a long way!

I mostly go for the hygiene. Every hygienist that I have had is wonderful and the office staff too. I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. The doctors are great too, but luckily I just see them for check ups- so far.

I had a very good experience this year with Advanced Periodontics, much better than all my experiences at other periodontics before in my life. Highly professional, attention to the details on all levels. Looking forward to continue with them next year.

In my pre-surgery informational appointment, I felt welcomed by the very courteous and well-informed staff at Advanced Perio. Then at today's surgical appointment, I was very impressed by the professional way they made my tooth extraction and implant as soothing and easy as possible. They also took time to make sure I understood all the post-operation home care procedures. My two-week initial healing period went without a hitch - no bleeding and no pain. At the two-week check-up, I was again impressed by the staff's professionalism. I would highly recommend Advanced Perio!

Every single person I came in contact with from reception to Nurse Erica, to Dr. Boyapati, and Yeburzing were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and state of the art with equipment and amazing bedside manner. I strongly recommend them and I am a hard person to please.

Dr Weinstein and his staff are personable, professional, kind and great engineers. They fix tricky teeth issues in a miniature space. They are expensive but do great work that lasts!

Once I found the office I was quite happy! Friendly staff and all questions answered. The poor hygenist kept aplologizing :) NOT her fault!

Dr Lakshmi Boyapati and Anna (sorry, I don't know the last name) were simply amazing. Just exceptional bed side manners. Overall the experience was great: The examination, the procedures (scaling), the post-procedure care, rescheduling, payment processing are all top notch and smooth. Well-oiled machine. As with everything there is room for improvement: (1) When I checked in for my appointment today (my second visit), what I was expected to pay was almost three times as what I was quoted at the end of my initial visit. I was annoyed and irritated. Minorly so but still. When I inquired, one of the personnel in the front office snapped back "well, they probably ran your insurance and readjusted", instead of checking my account for updates to treatment plan. Now, to be fair, that may have been the case and that would have been OK to hear, with the right delivery mechanism and tone. Another person - the main check-in person (who appeared much younger and less experienced by the way) - did check my treatment plan and noticed the added service (periscope $250) that was indeed not covered by insurance. For an irate customer who just paid 3 times the estimate, a nice step would have been to say "Hey, sorry about that. Let me look into it." just like the other person did. There is absolutely no need to respond to annoyed customers with ill-informed snaps, no matter how experienced one may be in the matters of 'co-pay gone awry'. (2) Less about the poor attitude up at the desk and more about the process: I am lucky enough to be able to afford 3 times the estimate. A better practice would be to notify the customer about the updated treatment plan and give them the option to say 'yes' or 'no', rather than putting them in a potentially bitter spot. It felt very much like finding a hair in your soup. It could be yours but probably not.
