Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, were also concerned about your health. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.

Building a foundation of trust is vital to our success. Our focus is on treating each patient as a special individual, not just a mouth with or without teeth! Horrendous, inexcusable and shouldn't be involved in caring for anyone, anywhere, ever! Absolutely loved and adored, even better I respected, Dr. Delfini and his team in New Haven . He did the surgeries on 3 of my mouth's "quadrants" with grace, skill, compassion and professionalism. Then these predators form Advanced Periodontics bought his practice....duh,duh, Dunn. Well, they never contacted us for cleanings unlike Dr. Delfini's crew. Finally, I was able to schedule the surgery for the 4th quadrant with their unprofessional front office run by a rude, pushy and arrogant young woman named Heather. Again, Dr. Delfini did a magnificent job with my surgery! But the office screwed up my coding for my insurance claim and began treating me like a common criminal, instead of a loyal patient of nearly 5 years! Demanding I come in to fill out some form, not interested in surgery results or cleaning follow ups. Explained that I was caring for a gentleman in hospice who was passing and I would visit them when he was gone, since I am an advanced nurse practitioner and RN. Heather proceeded to tell me that the insurance mix up was my fault and that I must take care of this now. Over a $1000 bucks? Because they miscoded the bill? I said I will be in soon. THEN I get a message to confirm my cleaning appointment for 4/5/2022 and confirm it. Surprised, we moved some money into our HSA to make a $500 good faith payment while they sort out insurance paperwork and was going to sign whatever form they " needed" (unlike the last 3 times). Good! We can finally resolve this! Nope. The true nature of these predators became immediately clear- the rude woman, Heather, proceeded to CANCEL the doctor prescribed cleaning and post-surgical exam of my teeth and issued this ultimatum- I must completely resolve outstanding balance (which isn't even decided yet due to insurance) and sign her form or I was to be denied services! Disgusting, atrocious and inhumane behavior- ESPECIALLY over $1000 bucks. I told her as a nurse for over 25 years, I don't do ultimatums nor do I deal with people who threaten to withhold needed, doctor ordered care. And if appointment was nort reinstated that I would no longer be a patient nor help with insurance company. Short sighted as she is, she was ONLY worried about the cash- not retaining a patient, not my future care, not trying to sell me their overpriced dental implants! Then, I get a call from an office manager named Amber, who proceeded to tell me I was wrong, to lecture me on the "business of healthcare" and how I was harming Dr. Delfini who now (only works for the new doctors and has no say) won't be paid because of little old me. As she shouted over me, I hung up and contacted Dr. Delfini directly. Needless to say he was appalled and promised to contact office, vouch for me as both patient and payor, and that they would contact me about keeping my appointment. I am sure he did, but they never contacted me. It is shameful that two rude, inconsiderate millennials who have lost sight of the patient care mission have run SO MANY OF DR. Delfini's patients away from the practice he worked so very hard to build. It is atrocious. Do not fall victim to this outfit, their shenanigans, or worse their offensive, condescending and belittling behavior towards patients. This account will be posted on every single social media platform as well as having its own webpage forever searchable on Google. Feel free to contact me if undecided and I will have alternative providers available to recommend. Now I am reporting to BBB and the state. Thank you and Peace, m

I have had my share of experiences with Dr. Weiss.... and all have been terrific! However, what happened yesterday was truly remarkable and shows how genuine and caring Dr. Weiss is. I had an infected root canal and just about any doctor would have immediately removed the crown and done the work. However, Dr. Weiss referred me to an amazing endodontist who was able to drill through the crown and remove the infection. Clearly, Dr. Weiss puts the interests of his patients first---- he is simply wonderful.

Very pleased with front office staffing and the doctors. Professionalism, knowledge and customer service seem to be very good, as my first experience there. Update 8/16/21: Had extensive gum surgery today and I'm very pleased with Dr Weiss and his assistant. Expeditious work and showed compassion throughout the process. Asked me for my cell phone number then texted me before I left, stating to call him with any concerns with the recovery. Almost 8 hours since the surgery, I have minimal discomfort right now. Just taking amoxicillin and ibuprofen that was prescribed. Second visit, still very pleased. Update 11-9-21, had initial back 2 molar hardware pieces implanted in upper jaw. I had no discomfort immediately after the surgery or today, the day after. I took ibuprofen and an antibiotic yesterday and only need the antibiotic today. I can only think that Dr. Barry Weiss and his wonderful assistant are masters at their craft, enabling very little discomfort, if any, with the surgical techniques used. Again, Dr Weiss texted my cell number to make sure I had his, in the event there were any questions or concerns during the healing process.
