I hade an appointment at 7:50 am ( because there is no time from their side) I was on my way and I faced a traffic, so I called the office and I told the lady I will be late 10-15 minutes and she told me that's ok, I drove 40 minutes and when I arrived ( 11 minutes late ) she told me we need to re-seclude ?why you did not call me and let me drive ( already requested a time off from work) .. By the way I drove 40 minutes and she told me ok ( her answer I though you told me 5 minutes .. REALLY ) .. long story short the front desk and appointments is really bad and there is no respect for the customers time ( I will not talk about how bad with bills )

Dr Treitler is a fantastic periodontist and I highly recommend this practice to anybody. I had implants done in November and I couldn't be happier.

I would definitely recommend this office! Dr. Patrone is great! He is so friendly and charismatic that I ended up forgetting about how anxious I was- it also helped that the front staff was so nice and welcoming right off the bat. The procedure went perfectly smooth.

I hate the dentist but Dr Patrone was gentle and understanding of my fear. He explained the procedure thoroughly and has other locations closer to my house in McHenry. Tracy, his assistant, was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Also, the girls at the front were very accommodating from the beginning. I highly recommend seeing him!

Everytime I come I am greeted warmly. The girls up front are very helpful with planning my treatment and getting the most coverage from insurance. Dr. Patrone is very professional and caring with all of my procedures.

Dr Treitler is a fantastic periodontist and I highly recommend this practice to anybody. I had implants done in November and I couldn't be happier.

BE AWARE when you use this dentist office. PLEASE always CHECK with YOUR INSURANCE company after they tell you the price. My mistake is not to check with the insurance company how much I will be cover and how much I pay because I trust them. After I payed full price and I found out with the insurance company. I only pay 40% but this dentist office said my insurance doesn't cover and I have to pay full price. They don't want to deal with the insurance company, they want faster money from customer. Try to cheating and ripped off customer. When I asked why you don't work with my insurance company? They gave my money back and said go away, you're not welcome to be there.The experience is so horrible. The staff not respect customer. they control customer like a puppet. They changed my schedule 3 times in last minute. first changed my dentist, then changed my date, the the third time change my hour before appointment 1day. The receiptionist too rude. Came to appointment and talked to manager about how you run the bussiness and the staff. She wasn't care about how the patient feel about their service. And the price so expensive and ripped off my budget. So sick to deal with this dentist office and have to come back Tuesday to get half of my teeth clean again. 100% not recommended and should stay far away from this dentist office if you don't want to be like their victim.

Horrible experience with Dr. Patrone. Rude billing specialist, rude and careless dentist's reaction to that. Once he was not there for my scheduled appointment, then they did not honor their In-Network insurance rates/discount and demanded full price, and when asked to clarify and correct, they "fired" me, a patient.
