Dr. Ortiz Ramsey is the best! This office made me feel very comfortable! I have had 5 appointments at the Troy location. Every person there is very kind and helpful. The front desk staff is awesome! They answer the phones right away. At any other doctor's office I call it takes 15 to 30 minutes to get a real person to answer the phone - but not at this office - they pick up right away. NO long hold times. They are very kind at check in and check out. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. No matter what kind of appointment I have - the person taking me to the back is always on time. Every hygienist and assistant has been very kind and professional! This office is great!

I was more than pleased coming here! I came in needing a graft which they were able to get me in soon after to do the procedure. Made me super comfortable in the chair and even gave me a blanket to cover up with. My healing process was great and the staff was wonderful throughout the entire process. Thank you everyone, I will be sending my family and friends here!

Dr Ortiz -Ramsey is very professional , caring and highly educated and well known in periodontal community . Cares for her patients well being and all around dental and gum care which if not well taken care of , can be detrimental to all around health . Highly recommend.

Dr. Ortiz is very good at what she does, friendly and attentive to patient needs, staff is also great and the office is well kept. Definitely recommend.

Dr Ramsey and her team are always amazing. Going to the dentist is never a fun experience but they make it as good as it can be. Ashley has been my main hygienist for years now, she treats me like family :) I could not imagine going anywhere else.

Great staff and customer service! Very accommodating as well, between Kayleigh's (sp) X-rays and bringing me an ice cold water and Dr's advice on what I need to do for treatment and how thorough she was going over the procedure I couldn't have asked for better! I will definitely be recommending this place to others!
