Dr. Bhavin Shah has received his initial dental education in India where he was top of his class. He then moved to the United States and enrolled in Newyork University for his DDS, which he completed in 2008. He has worked in Massachusetts for 4 years and then in Upstate New York before he began his career with Advanced Palmyra Dentistry
Throughout his career, Dr. Shah has maintained knowledge of any advancements pertaining to Dentistry. He is trained in Invisalign and Implants and keeps up with continuing education credits. He is extremely competent in endodontics and dental restorations including Veneers. He is also a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Shah is dedicated to help his patients achieve the best out of their treatment and makes sure that they are fully informed about each aspect. He ensures the highest standards of dental and cosmetic dentistry to his patients.

Hi, this was my first visit. It was a pleasant experience the staff was friendly and understanding. My question and problems were addressed properly as well. In short it was an awesome visit to the dentist.

I was satisfied with my services but, I called to cancel a check up. I called 5 times over a week and 1/2, each time no one answered and I left msg after msg. Finally after the last call when I said if I don't get a call back I'll find another dentist. Well within minutes the dentist himself calls and lies and says they called me twice. When I question why no msg was left and offered to show him my phone as proof he pretty much called me a liar and told me to look for another dentist. So definitely seems like some issues with this office and dentist.

I only came here to get a cleaning so I can't really comment on anything else regarding dental work. I was scheduled for a root canal earlier this month but the time interfered with my work schedule so I asked to be rescheduled. The only time they had available that worked for me was an 8:45am appointment for today. I confirmed my attendance to the appointment but some personal issues came up that caused me to need to reschedule. I called them before my appointment and asked them if they had any later slots available and the receptionist scolded me for asking and said that my appointment was set for 8:45 and that's the time I need to come in. I told her I wouldn't be able to make this time because something personal came up and then the dentist was handed the phone and also scolded me for trying to reschedule my appointment. He straight up told me I was wasting his time and that I need to go somewhere else. I understand that I rescheduled my appointment twice and that can be disappointing for health professionals, but there was no need for him to be so rude to me about it. It was very unprofessional and I would never come to this place again to be very honest. They considered my root canal to be an 'emergency' and yet you were unwilling to reschedule my appointment? And this is one of the few places that actually accepts my insurance so now I have to find ANOTHER dentist when this is the second time in the past year that I've had to switch my dentist. The only person that was very friendly to me here was the hygienist.

I wish i could give 0 stars ruined my whole smile, came in with toothache and left with a horrible smile temporary crown fell out after 4 days permanent crown fell out after 3 weeks. HORRIBLE work everything he did was not needed super sad about my decision to ever walk in this office not to mention VERY RUDE

My 74-Year-Old Mom was just brave enough to get her last six teeth out so that she could get her dentures. She did great and her new dentures look great. I highly recommend Dr. Bhavin Shah! His staff is great, too! Thank you so much for giving my Mom her smile back!

I had a broken ceramic crown and needed quick attention. They fortunately had a cancellation so, I was able to get right in. It was a clean and warm environment. Very professional and considerate. My former dentist is to far for convenience now since we moved back to Palmyra. I am definitely going back for my routine dental care.
