My wife and daughter were treated poorly by the dentist. They were very rude and not helpful. We were on a waiting list for a year just to be treated like trash. We won't be going back and will be sure to tell people to stay away.

Dr. Lauren the Trip Saver! We were in town on vacation and one of the molar bands of my daughter's space maintainer broke in half. Dr. Lauren and her staff had us scheduled, evaluated, fixed, and out the door within hours of our first call. Thank you SO MUCH for your help and kindness!

Incompetent. I have paid for all my children for braces. Abby is my last. I took her here and we both regret it. We asked for reminder call but they are too cheap or lazy to do it. We were denied the ability ro be there during each visit and received no phone call letting us know progress. We paid our bill in full in January and now she is trying to charge us 807 more . Theres no communication and each visit she asks my daughter if she wants the braces off as some people do early. We noticed our daughter 2 back molars on each side arent lining up and they don't have brackets on them. Her response..who cares as Noone is going to see them. We are having to get her braces removed elsewhere. Horrible experience. Incompetent and rude.

We were on vacation in PCB when our daughters bottom bracket popped off on one side. Our orthodontist said "go to a local orthodontist and have it snipped". Before calling Advanced Orthodontics, I called 3 orthodontists who turned us away and didn't even want to refer us to anyone else. Advanced Orthodontics was the complete opposite. They were friendly, understanding and worked us in free of charge.

I am military and I was stationed in Panama City. I started advanced orthodontics in August 2017 and was told by Dr. Kovaleski that she believed she could have me finished in 6-8 months before I had to move to Georgia in March. I knew that we would figure it out even if I wasn't finished by then however my experience with advanced orthodontics was not good. First of all I was never seen by Dr. Kovaleski at any of my appointments but was treated by Dr. Tim (not a big deal, was just surprised). I continually found myself leaving their office with questions (not for a lack of asking) and feeing out of the loop. They knew that I needed to get chips on my front teeth repaired at the end of my treatment before making my retainers. As time drew near for me to move to Georgia, I noticed my teeth had a ways to go still to be straight. They gave me what they said would be my "last set of aligners" before I left for Georgia and insisted that I drive all the way back to Florida just to have a scan and make my retainers. My work schedule does not allow for weekday trips to Florida so I asked if I could just transfer my plan to an orthodontist in Georgia and they were very hesitant and claimed most people don't have the scanners they have. They were very opposed to transferring my case and expected me to drive 5 hours to Florida to inspect my teeth and get scanned (possibly for more aligners because my "last" aligner definitely wasn't straight) then get my chips fixed somewhere and then come back to them for "final" retainer scans. I looked up some orthodontists in Georgia and found the most AMAZING orthodontist who is a diamond Invisalign affiliate and I realized upon my initial consultation with him that I was indeed out of the loop at "Advanced Orthodontics". He told me that my case with them is considered a partial Invisalign case where you are only treated for either your top or bottom teeth but I was definitely having both top and bottom treated. He was also shocked that they considered me almost finished with treatment. Furthermore I was informed (by my Georgia ortho) that my Invisalign treatment was an automatic plan where the computer straightens my teeth and the orthodontist has no control if things aren't looking the way they should be. My Georgia orthodontist (a 5 star ortho on the Invisalign board) prefers to have manual cases where he has the ability to modify care and straighten the teeth without full reliance on a computer (which clearly didn't do its job in my case). As long as my teeth get straight I couldnt care less how my ortho goes about straightening them, however it was so refreshing to be informed as to what the heck is going on which I never got from Advanced Orthodontics. All this is to say that I had to spend another $1500 and 6 months than I signed up for and advanced orthodontics left me with a poor bite and a far from finished smile.

I love Advanced Orthodontics! They gave me the beautiful smile I've wanted since childhood. The orthodontists are phenominal! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Kattie is awesome. I've never sat more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. They make braces affordable for everyone...from invisalign to traditional. The prices are by far the best I've ever seen and they even offer payment plans. My teeth were so crooked and overlapped one another. I knew I'd be in braces a few years, but I was finished in just a few months! I'll never go anywhere else.
