Ashley started a career in Ortho to be part of the process in changing peoples smiles and confidence! She also loves that she learns something new every day. She is a huge foodie and loves cooking new recipes! I collect Starbucks cards from all around the world. And currently has over 500 in her collection. In Ashleys spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with my husband and two girls at the ocean.
After attending WSU, Shelly and her husband worked in their own Insurance agency for over 34 years. She has been in the administration of Orthodontics for 6 years. Shelly is married, with two children and when not working enjoys golf and traveling, as well as enjoying her fur baby dogs.
Erin is one of our patient care coordinators. After staying home to raise her children, she wanted to work closely with people in a fun-loving, professional atmosphere; she has found that with Advanced Orthodontics. In her spare time, she is a community volunteer and enjoys traveling, golfing, cooking and spending time with her family.
Kara is our patient care coordinator for our Kent and Burien offices. She has been in orthodontics for 15 years and enjoys the change in a patient when their new smile is revealed. In her free time, she enjoys camping and taking care of her miniature horse, fainting goat, llama, and hedgehog. Ask her about her many animals on the farm.
Alisa is our treatment coordinator in our Burien and Kent locations. She started her career in orthodontics at age 17, while still in High School. Over the past 30 years she has held every position in an orthodontic practice, but enjoys treatment coordinating the most.
Dawn has over 25 years in the dental field. What she loves about orthodontics is to see the changes in a persons smile as they go through orthodontic treatment. That is what drew her into this field. When she is not in the office, she loves to spend time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys working in her garden, kayaking, fishing, and watching baseball.
Nikki is the manager for Advanced Orthodontics. She has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Briar Cliff University. Before working with us she was an elementary school teacher. She loves introducing the outside world to Advanced Orthodontics and everything that we do. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and watching Nebraska football.
Kerri started her career in orthodontics in high school. She started with the office that she went to for her own braces as a child in her hometown of Port Angeles. She started in high school by going to that office after school.. Kerris favorite part of orthodontics is being on the move all day and getting to know patients and new procedures. When shes not in the office, she likes learning on her dirt bike, bonfires, and an insane amount of naps.
Jessica started in the dental field in 2019 as a dental assistant but wanted something a little more outside the box. She loves to help people and also help create beautiful smiles. In her free time she likes to travel, go for runs, read and play my Nintendo switch.
Sarah is ambitious and hardworking. She has been working in the Dental industry since 2016 and enjoys seeing peoples smiles transform and the confidence they gain during and after treatment. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her friends and family. Sarah enjoys meeting new people, traveling and watching sports.
Haley has been in the dental field for 3 years. Since shes started in dentistry, she wanted to work in the orthodontic field. Haley favorite part of being an assistant is working and interacting with patients. When Im not at work I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and of course my three dogs.
Yana has been an orthodontic assistant for eleven years. Yana loves kids and being around them. She loves orthodontics because she gets to be directly involved in helping people get their smiles. Yana was born in Russia and grew up in Seattle. She loves hanging around with her family and friends and in her free time likes to travel and see new places.

Digital diagnosis software that aids Dr. Mo in 3D visualization of the future positions of teeth. 3D diagnostic imaging and diagnosis provides the most accurate measurements of the patients teeth and then allows true personalization for the patients smile. Dr. Mohammad Mainayar, or as most people call him Dr. Mo, is a native of the Pacific northwest graduating high school in 2000 from Redmond High School, obtaining his BA in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from the University of Washington in 2004, completing Dental School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009, receiving his General Practice Residency certificate from the Philadelphia Veterans Affair Medical Center in 2010 and attaining his specialty degree in Orthodontics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Hes excited to meet, treat and be with you on your journey to the perfect smile!
Born and raised on the Eastside hes been practicing orthodontics now for almost ten years both in the Puget Sound area and recently for the past three years in New York City. He enjoys meeting new people, trying new restaurants, cooking, going to Seahawks games (hopefully Kraken games soon) and doing a wide variety of activities such as hiking, golfing, running, biking, swimming, kayaking, wakeboarding, traveling, playing and listening to music.

I have been very pleased with Advanced Orthodontics! My treatment has much taken longer than expected, but it is because Dr. Mo is a perfectionist and asks me if I want to tweak things here and there. I am also a perfectionist, hence the longer-than-expected treatment time. But that's a GOOD thing! It means Dr. Mo and his staff care and are willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I would totally recommend them.

I was late to my appointment therefore I was patient. The lady that helped me asked for assistance more than once. Put my face right under a very hot light to get a photo with flash! Once another staff member took the photos she told me to set an appointment in 4 to 5 weeks with no explanation whatsoever. She didn't do anything on purpose but I wouldn't let her touch me again.

I am so happy to have my team here at Advanced Orthodontic . The staff person that removed my wires were wonderful and so helpful and considerate. Both her and Dr. Moe totally made my day, made sure I was comfortable with removing and adding my wires. Such a genuine team and I'm always excited to come see them and even happier leaving after the care I received. Highly recommend ortho care with this team!

Been a patient since August 2020 and nearly close to having my dream smile! highly recommend any ortho work, ortho question etc. The staff has been a huge help and very supportive. If the Kent location doesn't work out with your commute you can also alternate with the Burien location! Don't hesitate to reach out and get ortho work done!

If you are on the fence with getting orthodontics, you seriously need to call Advanced Orthodontics. I am not paid for this review. Nor did I get any free services. I have been wanting braces for YEARS (OK, decades). But, I worried about cost. I worried about the process. Today, I saw Alisa, their Treatment Coordinator. She most definitely has a passion for what she does. She was kind, funny, (and she got my humor), professional, and generally amazing. After all the intake steps, I met Dr. Mo. He was just as amazing as Alisa. They presented me with several care plans. It was obvious they were not just looking for the most high-profit solutions. They were seriously looking for what was right for me. I now have an appointment for hybrid treatment which includes Invisalign on the top, and traditional braces on the bottom. I could not be happier. And excited to see where this journey takes me. Run, don't walk to your phone and set an appointment. And financing could not be easier.

I just finished my appointment with Advanced Orthodontics and they did a wonderful job! I was fully taken care of and they did their best to provide me with the best solutions to fix my smile. It is my first time seeing an orthodontics and I loved the experience on my first day everyone was friendly,Alisa was very informative and very helpful and kind and Dr Stout is pretty cool.

I've been a patient at Advance Orthodontics for about a year now and every time I go into the office the staff are always kind and respectful. I've been very happy with my treatment. Even in the midst of covid complications Advanced Ortho has made appointments easy and not stressful. They abide closely with the safely protocols to keep patients and staff safe and healthy. Dr. Stout takes the time to explain things, always asks if you have any questions he really cares for his patients. Appointment times are always punctual which is such a win. Really appreciate that they are respectful of their clients time.
