Dr. Kirk Nielson is committed to helping you live a happy, healthy life with a beautiful, straight smile. His philosophy is that the benefits of orthodontics last a lifetime, and each patient deserves to have a smile they can be proud of.
Dr. Caitlin E. White currently teaches Orthodontics at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Her interest and passion for dentistry started when she was as a child and was influenced by the leadership of her parents.
Dr. Nielson has been practicing orthodontics in Centennial since 1991 and enjoys serving the people of this wonderful community. Along with his team, Dr. Nielson spends a lot of time learning about the newest advancements in the orthodontic field to make sure his patients get the best care possible.
Dr. Whites interest and passion for dentistry started when she was as a child and was influenced by the experience and leadership of her parents, who were both dentists practicing in Colorado Springs.
Dr. White earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Studies at Tufts University. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Tufts University School of Dental medicine.
You can rest at ease knowing we have a high level of experience to make sure your family gets the best care. Our front office staff has an average of nine years with our practice, and our clinical staff members have an average of eight years in our office.

Dr. Nielson has always been so kind and helpful to me. I had braces as a kid and decades later wanted to fix my teeth that had shifted over time. I found Advanced Orthodontics and Dr. Nielson, and am so glad I did. He and his team fitted me for new retainers and I have been doing Invisalign with their support. My smile is looking beautiful!

This is hands down the weirdiest pizza palor EVER! I asked for a large pepperoni and they pulled a tooth. YEA, yanked it right out! Dont get me wrong they did a great job, but not what I expected. On the way out they sold me a coat and tires too. I said it was weird. So if you want pizza, dentistry, coats and tires, eh! Then you found the right place

Dr. Nielson and his staff (Julie and Shannon and more) are amazing! As an adult with severe TMJ, they have made my treatment plan with care and understanding, educational and overall fantastic. They have such a friendly atmosphere and truly make each of their patients feel at ease and almost at home! Can't say enough great things about Advanced Orthodontics!!

My daughter was having jaw issues. Someone recommended Dr. Nielson to build a TMJ appliance for her. We are extremely happy with the results. Her pain is gone, no more clicking or locking. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them!
