Bea has 30 years of dental healthcare experience and has worked with Drs. Lemke and Kaercher since 2000. She received her Bachelors degree in Organizational Development with a minor in Human Resources from the University of the Incarnate Word. As an Air Force wife, Bea has traveled a great deal and in her free time loves taking pictures. Her hobby is turning those pictures into wonderful memories through scrapbooking. My scrap books tell stories that will last for generations to come.

Juanita has been with Advanced Oral Surgery of Helotes since August of 2008. She is a lifelong resident of San Antonio and enjoys hanging out with family and friends. She also enjoys shopping, going to the movies, and scrapbooking.

Henry has been working with Advanced Oral Surgery since 2009. He received his Registered Dental Assisting license in 1997 and has been in the oral surgery field for over 20 years. During his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife and two kids, Henry and Lucy. Henry also has a passion for computer graphics and has been working in this area for 10+ years. In 2017, Henry opened his own printing business.

Nubia joined Advanced Oral Surgery in 2016. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients, and enriching her knowledge on a daily basis. In her spare time, she likes to read and shop and especially values quality time with her family.

Olivia is a Paul Mitchell Graduate and has been working with Dr. Lemke since 2014. Her goal is to enhance the natural beauty of her clients and to educate them on skincare. As an Esthetician, she is able to provide basic and customized facials, face mapping/skin analysis, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, deep cleansing with extractions and make-up applications. Olivia has been Dermologica Certified since 2013 and was named Esthetician of the year in 2017 for IMAGE Skincare. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends.

Brenda has been in the dental field for 30 years and had been at Advanced Oral Surgery since 2009. She was a Certified Dental Assistant for 20 years, and has 10 years of front office experience. The most rewarding part of her work is when she is able to put patients at ease in regard to their treatment and financing. In her spare time she volunteers with the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and the Bexar County Junior Livestock Show. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends at the coast.
