From precision-placed dental implants to wisdom teeth removal and more, our oral surgeons, Drs. Mark Jesin and A.J. Lytle, change their patients lives for the better with innovation, safety, and empathy through each step of their journey with us.
Dr. Jesin has a dental degree and continued his pursuit of specialized education with five additional years of dental and oral and maxillofacial residency training. He is board-certified in two countries, the United States and Canada, and is a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesia. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Dr. Lytle earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Michigan. He is board-certified with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and maintains certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). We provide the full scope of oral surgery services at our practice, including treatment for oral diseases, injuries, and defects.

Advanced Oral Surgery is the absolute best!!! I have had two procedures done by Dr. Lytle, the first was an extraction with a bone graft and the second was an implant. Both procedures were top notch, painless and were by far the best dental experiences I have ever had! Dr. Lytle and his team made me feel extremely comfortable and everyone in this office is amazing, caring and genuine I will definitely choose Advanced Oral Surgery for all of my own and my family's needs in the future! If you are looking for the best care - You need to go with these surgeons. Dr. Adam Lytle gave extraordinary care from our consultation to my surgery. He explained everything very well, and I am truly thankful that he was both knowledgable and personable. He checked on me throughout my surgery and gave amazing care. I cannot give Dr. Lytle enough stars because I feel that he is one of the most incredible doctors that I have ever met.

My aunt needed to have many teeth removed in preparation for dentures and was very afraid of the procedure. Dr. Lytle and his team took excellent care of her! They were very patient and understanding of her anxiety and did everything to make her comfortable. After the surgery was completed, she actually thanked them and gave them hugs on her way out! They were remarkable with her and I highly recommend them

Dr. Jesin is a brilliant surgeon who not only takes time to answer your questions but has the unique combination of compassion & humor to make patients (who hate the dentist) feel as comfortable as possible! I trust him 100% and will go back if I need anything he offers on his menu (*I sure hope I won't). His professional and personable staff also enjoy working with him- which says a lot!

Dr Jesin and his staff are warm, intelligent, professional, and extremely organized. Every single discipline within that office knows exactly what they're doing and knows how to explain it In a way that puts a patient at ease. My husband and I did research for years on dental implants. We wanted the very best of the best- and our research kept bringing us back to Dr. Mark Jesin. The office staff is friendly, professional and so knowledgeable on every single question we had. Dr. Jesin is hands down the very best at what he does We chose the all-on-4 procedure and we are so pleased with the gorgeous smile my husband has now.
