I saw Dr. Defalco today, and found him very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my condition with confidence. He relieved my concern, and assured me that it will improve. The office staff is great and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Defalco to anyone that needs an Oral Surgeon.

The staff and doctor where fantastic! I had an extraction and as dreadful as they may sound the team at advanced oral & maxillofacial surgery made it a very seamless process. I highly recommend them for any service you are considering.

I cant even put into words how wonderful dr de falco and his entire staff are!!!!! I had to have a tooth extracted and was very nervous. From just calling to scheduling my appointment, i knew i was going to a caring, kind, and expert place!!!!! Everyone there is so kind and caring. I am so happy I was actually amazed that there were no scarey things to see. Nothing! No instruments....nothingg but a nice tv show on! It was so fast and totally painless! I highly recommend dr de falco and his wonderful staff!!!!!!! Very happy patient...i am

I am very pleased with the results of my dental implant done by Dr. DeFalco. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done. The whole process was surprisingly painless and I felt very comfortable. The staff is also really nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing oral surgery.

Very friendly staff. Dr. DeFalco was great and explained everything he was doing while extracting my tooth. Made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. In 3 months will get an implant. Highly recommend this oral surgeon.

A few weeks ago, I had a broken tooth that got infected and when I woke up on Friday morning, my cheek looked like there was a golf ball under it and it was extremely painful. I called multiple dentists, as I needed the tooth extracted ASAP, and either no one was available or they needed a referral. I called Advanced and they were able to find me a spot that afternoon. When I got there, the staff was super accommodating and polite, got me signed in and within a couple of minutes I was in the room. Less than 10 minutes after that, Dr. Defalco was in and working on me already. I'd say the whole process from start to finish lasted about 30 minutes, and was the most painless process I've ever had at a dentist. Also, this was my first time with Dental Insurance and wasn't familiar with the process, and they were extremely helpful walking me through the process. All in all, probably the best dentist experience I've had, and I am very uncomfortable at Dentist's offices.

I needed a specialized, uncommon oral surgery. My dentist recommended Dr DeFalco as the surgeon he would use himself. My experiences with Dr DeFalco and his AOMSNJ staff were absolutely superb, during all phases before, during, and after surgery. Dr DeFalco was open and communicative about the testing, diagnosis, options, procedure, and followup. He explained everything, and helped calm my worries. In the end, Dr DeFalco led a substantial medical team at St Joseph's Hospital to perform the delicate surgery, with complete success. I had no surprises - and the whole thing was quicker than expected. The medical team at St Joseph's was on-point, knowledgeable, calm, supportive, collaborative, and professional. I commend them and Dr DeFalco for their smooth work. Based on my experience with Dr DeFalco, I highly recommend him for any oral surgery.

I got my Wisdom teeth out and the Surgery Couldn't of gone any more perfect. The staff was beyond helpful during the procedure and it was the cleanest/easiest extraction. You are always in their best interest. They will call you a day after your procedure to make sure you are doing well and answer any questions you may have. Just overall a great experience and very professional. Thanks Again!

Both my daughters needed their wisdom teeth removed and I would not have gone anywhere else. Dr. DeFalco as well as his whole office made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr. DeFalco made my girls feel safe and secure while talking about the procedure. He is an amazing surgeon, his surgical skills and bed side manor are spot on! Everyone in the office is great! Dr. DeFalco deserves more than the 5 stars that are available!!!!

Amazing experiance! Took my daughter for 4 wisdom teeth extractions today, surgery was done withen 15 minutes, few hours later, there was no pain or any discomfort. Dr defalco is the best and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended!

Dr. Robert DeFalco removed impacted wisdom teeth on both my son and daughter. I was extremely pleased with his bed side manner, and thorough explanation of what to expect. As a mom, it is very reassuring to know that you can rely on the medical expertise of such a phenomenal practice. Thank you Dr. DeFalco and his great staff.

As a dental professional and have worked in the field for multiple years, I can say that Dr. DeFalco is one of, if not the best surgeon. He is extremely thorough, will go the extra mile to make sure a patient is comfortable and happy, and he truly loves what he does. Hands down 5 plus stars.

After being so apprehensive about finding an oral surgeon and then having to follow through with it I can definitely say I am happy to have found Dr. DeFalco. From the moment I walked in the entire staff was so nice and reassuring. Dr. DeFalco took his time to evaluate my situation and answer all my questions. The procedure was painless and if I ever need anything again I know exactly where to go. Thank you to everyone at Advanced Oral Surgery.

Upon arrival Everyone at the office was super nice and helpful, except for Dr. DeFalco. It was very rushed and seemed sketchy / scammy. No bed manners. I ended up paying for a "consultation" but he did not even bother to look inside of my mouth at all until I asked ; which was very off putting & unprofessional. He just looked at the X-ray and said "Yep, you need all your wisdom teeth out." The X-ray only showed 1 wisdom tooth that was affecting one of my tooth but insisted on taking out all 4. Kept repeating to me "check out our videos on our website & Facebook to see my work " as if that was supposed to be convincing. The consultation appointment felt very rushed, dismissive and uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this place to anyone nor returning.
