My daughter was given an appointment basically at the last minute today for a previously cracked molar that was really starting to bother her. We are going on vacation in a few weeks and don't need something to happen while we are away. UGH!. Lucikly, they took her quickly and the procedure went great! Thanks so much for everything!

Dr Garrett and his staff put in great efforts in making an experience no one want to go through as easy as could be by being professional, informative, and thorough.

Dr Robert Wolf did my implant...flawlessly. He has a fun personality on top of his genius work. He made me feel very comfortable thru the whole procedure. It was a great experience

If you need your wisdom teeth removed and have high anxiety about dentistry in general, do yourself a favor and go see Dr Robert A Wolf. In the first meeting he made me feel super at ease about the whole ordeal. For the day of the surgery I went the IV sedation route because there is no way I could be awake to hear and see what's happening, but it went super smooth and quick. A day after the surgery I was pretty much good to go. He even called later on the same day of the surgery to check in on me. Hopefully I don't, but if I ever need some kind of oral surgery this will be the practice I come to first. I give the whole experience a 10/10 in the world of oral surgery.

The building is very old and not in well kept condition. The office seemed ok and updated but the windows were filthy, probably building management tho. I arrived for my 12:00 appt at 11:50. I was there for a consultation only. I had filled out my forms and sent X-rays on line prior to my appt. I forgot my referral letter but was able to reach my dental office and they emailed right over. The front desk staff seemed very busy. They had to request a second referral from my dentist for some reason. I was finally sat in a room at 1:30 to wait more. Not once did anyone let me know anything about this delay. I waited another 30 minutes and decided to leave. I had been there 2 hours without seeing dentist. It was just to be a consultation appointment. I approached front desk and asked for copy of my referral as I was leaving. I was told because I didn't have everything when I arrived that dentist took other patient. Never was I told this had happened or how much longer it would be. Never was I apologized to for delay. I was told " that I wasn't checked in until 12:28" ( In fact the women said across the waiting room so everyone could here that if I'd had all my papers this would not of happened. I was appalled at this unethical treatment. I never met dentist so cannot speak about her but the staff was extremely unprofessional. I am a dental hygienist and have worked in a dental office for more than 25 years and I realize emergencies come up or scheduling issues arise but always the patient was privately informed of situation.

Getting my teeth fixed has been a long painful experience. I thought nothing could be worse than feeling this way.....until I had to deal with headache of dealing with the people behind the desks. Completely inconsiderate, riddled with attitude and overall useless. The surgeons don't care about pain management, won't even sign off work documents. The receptionists have attitude from the get go and think everyone has the same software as them so I cant even access my documents online. Overall I like this place, the surgery went well, but the aftermath trying to get pain management and my work docs filled out due to my health and people getting sick bc of monkeypox and covid still - they simply don't care about your health after the fact. As long as they get paid, that's all they care about. If you're not as rich as their other clientele they're going to ignore you and give you attitude all the time. I'd avoid this place if possible.

I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Wolf and he did a great job. He made sure I was ready to go before we started and wanted to make sure that I was just feeling pressured and not pain. The nurses I talked to were great as well. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Went to AOMS to get some work done, staff at the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Wolf is the dentist who saw me and worked on me. I've got to say he's hands down the most genuine and caring medical professional I've ever dealt with. Not only was he patient, gentle and REALLY good at what he does (felt no pain at all the entire time). He literally called me later that day to see how I was doing (seriously what a nice dude). I would say he truly cares about his patients and is extremely good at what he does. Oh and not that it matters when it comes to selecting a high quality service generally when involving your health and well-being but I would say his pricing is quite fair compared to other offices especially considering the experience and level of care provided.

Dr. Swan is really awesome. She Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why.Not only has she made my wisdom tooth extraction so easy but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care. Even her assistant Maya was so good she made me felt so relaxed before the extraction. The staff in the front liIiana welcomes you with a smile always. All the rest of the staff are great. I highly recommend becoming her patient.Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.

I hate any kind of dental work, so when I realized that I needed oral surgery, I was definitely not happy. I got the opinions and cost estimates of many different professionals: dentists, periodontists, oral surgeons, etc. I finally found AOMS through my daughter's orthodontist, and I am so happy that I did. From the very first phone call, the people at AOMS were a breath of fresh air. The first person who answered my call took the time to try to answer all of my questions and help me through the process of deciding on my treatment and how to pay for it. I am grateful to say that through that process EVERY other person -- staff, nurses and doctor -- reflected that same culture of service, professionalism and helpfulness. I ended up choosing to do my oral surgery here, because they were ALL so wonderful to work with, every step of the way. Dr. Wolf has that rare and excellent combination of professional competence and down-to-earth, friendly compassion. He did a great job with the surgery and also made me feel cared for and respected. The insurance consultant was wonderful and spot-on in helping me figure out my plan and my financial responsibility (which, after consulting with many other practices, was a very fair price). There is one small detail that hit me the wrong way: right after my surgery, along with the advice for pain management and such, I was handed a bill for the money I owed (after I had already paid a large sum up front). It turns out that this was the portion that the insurance company picked up, so I never had to pay another dime. However, it was a little confusing and concerning to get that in the midst of the after-surgery fog when I was just trying to figure out how to recover. It all turned out wonderfully in the end, and I only write this because I am confident that AOMS is the type of practice that welcomes the feedback in order to correct or clarify its procedures to make the patient more comfortable. That's the kind of trust they inspire. Thank you, to all of the people at AOMS, for making an otherwise difficult dental procedure into a huge sigh of relief and, well yes, even a good experience!

Dr. Swan and her team made removing all four of my wisdom teeth a breeze! From the consultation, pricing and actual surgery. All of my options were presented and explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I was originally nervous for the procedure, but Dr. Swan and her team easily made me forget my worries and removed my teeth without complications. I owe it to them for a painless recovery. I 100% recommend this location for your needs.

I had four wisdom teeth pulled with Dr. Dohse on local anesthesia. I was expecting a longer and more painful experience, but it turned out to be quick (about 15-20 minutes) and perfectly manageable. The place is great, generally--both the administrative staff and doctors were friendly.

Today I had a wisdom tooth removed and an implant inserted for a missing molar, skillfully performed by Dr. Robert A. Wolf of Advanced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Elmhurst. Dr. Wolf is tremendous as he works and sings along to songs playing overhead from a great playlist. The staff are always efficient with pleasant demeanor. They truly make the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Beware!!, Unless you have deep pockets!! They got approval from my insurance company weeks before my procedure, then sent me a bill in the mail after I paid my co-pay reporting insurance didn't cover a portion of the procedure. On top of that, they damaged a fairly new crown that I now have to pay to replace. Beware!! I won't trust them to perform another procedure on me again.

Took my kids to see Dr Dolshe. He was nice and reassured the teens everything will be ok. He even let the kids keep their wisdom teeth as souvenirs!!! With Covid, we missed Doctor appreciation day last March 30th. In 4 more months, Dr Dolshe will be getting a appreciation gift.

I had pain in my jaw/gums and found that my wisdom tooth was coming in very painfully. I called the office and let them know and they booked me as soon as they could. Upon arrival the staff worked quickly and professionally to make sure it was my wisdom tooth. With it being a same day appointment I had to stay awake to have it removed but Dr. Wolf had the tooth removed within a single Coldplay Song. It was less painful and easier than when I had a simple tooth pulled a while back. The briefing after was informative and helped me to know what to expect with pain and ways to be more comfortable along with going over the medications. The office was also very up front with billing and did not try to hide anything. True professionals. Will definitely be coming back for anything in the future!

I had been told by my dentists numerous times that I had to have my wisdom teeth removed, but as I have a tremendous fear of the dentist, I put this off for so long. I finally gave in and decided to get my wisdom teeth removed. The day of my procedure I was nervous wreck! The receptionist was so kind, welcoming, and was cracking jokes as she was checking me in, but my anxiety was through the roof! I arrived early to my appointment but was waiting for a short 10 mins when I was called in earlier than I expected to my actual appointment. The dental assistants could tell I was a nervous wreck, and were so sweet and helpful assuring me that everything would go well! They explained everything they were doing and just helped me to keep my mind at ease. Dr. Wolf came in within a few mins and began to prepare me for the procedure with a friendly smile and attitude, as I remember him from my consultation. Before I knew it, I was out and was awoken just as I heard them finishing up. All I can say is that Dr. Wolf has the hands of an angel, as the procedure was extremely speedy and efficiently done! The receptionist came to explain the care instructions and medication I would be given after I was healing up in the recovery room. Dr. Wolf even called later at night to check in to see how I was doing! 11/10 would recommend Dr. Wolf and all the staff at AOMS Elmhurst for making this such a smooth easy going procedure for a nervous mess like myself!
