Dr. Roghani, the founder of Advanced MicroEndodontics P.C., received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine with Suma Cum Laude. At Tufts, Dr. Roghani was recognized on the Deans Honor Roll for high performance on the National Board Dental Examinations. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and received the Tufts Merit Scholarship for academic excellence during her program.
Upon graduation from Tufts, Dr. Roghani joined the University of Michigan Endodontic program and completed the Advanced Specialty Education (ASE) in Endodontics with extensive training in nonsurgical, surgical and re-treatment endodontics. After her initial years in private practice, Dr. Roghani decided to undergo a rigorous examination process held by the Officers and Directors of the American Board of Endodontics. After successfully completing a series of case presentations, written and oral examinations, she became a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics in 2015.
Dr. Roghani maintains an active membership in numerous professional societies including American Association of Endodontists, Michigan Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Kalamazoo Valley Dental Society. Dr. Roghani served as the president of Kalamazoo Valley Dental Society in 2017.

Had to have a root canal preformed and Dr. Roghani and staff were so very courteous, kind, gentile, and polite. If I ever need another similar procedure, there is no other provider I would want to see. Office was very clean, comfortable, and everyone I encountered was very professional. Dr. Roghani is a credit to her profession and an outstanding person as well.

I had a great experience visiting Dr. Nahid today. I was refereed to this hospital by my dentist. Dr. Nahid was very patient, explained my situation very well, and cleared all my doubts regarding my tooth. The staff too are very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Im' happy with my appointment and would recommend anyone for root canals. I was scheduled for root canal in a couple of weeks, so my next review will be after the treatment. =============== Review post treatment : I had a root canal couple of days ago. My dentist referred me to Dr. Roghani. She is very helpful in answering all my questions before the treatment, and I had my treatment done couple of days ago. To my surprise, I have absolutely ZERO pain or sensation during/after the treatment. I was expecting pain after the anesthesia affect, but I had no pain at all. I recommend this dr for any of your root canal procedures without a doubt! And my special thanks to the dr's assistant and Laurie (at reception) who too helped me with many clarifications and quick appointments.

Very professional staff and the dentist was AMAZING! I highly suggest this team as they relieved the pain, symptoms and problem I had been experiencing for weeks! I have not had any symptoms or concerns since my visit and they followed up to make sure that I was feeling well. Again, an AMAZING team and I highly recommend them!

Went through my first root canal last week and I could not be more thankful to the staff here. The desk staff are courteous and friendly and the entire staff is highly trained in both endodontics and patient care. I was a nervous wreck and they worked with me to provide the comfort I needed. The procedure was quick (all things considered), and painless. The office itself is also amazing.
