This review is for Dr. Smith and the staff: I needed all four wisdom teeth removed; called on a Monday and they took me in on Wednesday the same week. The staff were all welcoming, personal and knew their business. Dr. Smith is down-to-earth and friendly with a pleasant personality, and was more than happy to explain the procedure and answer all the questions I had; he even called later the same day to check on me post-surgery to see how I was doing! My teeth were complicated (all four impacted and under the bone) and I am healing cleanly. Dr. Smith is a wonderful and skillful doctor, and I am so happy I chose this practice for my dental care. Thank you, Dr. Smith!!

I've been coming to this establishment for almost a year now, it doesn't feel that long because of the kind and considerate staff that made it fly by. Dr. Coleman is a kind person and has always given the vibe he truly cares about his patients. The techs/assistants are just as wonderful. I am always happy to come here, they truly make the long drive worth it. I am always pleased to chat with the ladies at the front desk and the assistants in the back. I would recommend 100% if you are in need of great dental care. Plus, the Dr. has quite a sense of humor to lighten the mood. I greatly appreciate the staff and their efforts, they are noticed. I am glad to have my dental journey here.

Having been a big fan of Dr. H.... was expecting to be very sad- my visit was five star!!!! Coming back tomorrow for a cleaning! Great first visit!!

Negative experience. Went there in Nov 2021. The staff was unorganized, didn't know how to ask my dentist for the X-rays they needed, told me they were in network over the phone, however, when I got there they said they are out of network. Seemed like they couldn't be bothered.

Preparing for a crown install Dr Coleman and his staff did an excellent job explaining the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free. I highly recommend this office for any periodontal needs.

I am a big baby when it comes to oral surgery, anxiety to the 10th power!!... but today was amazing, the sedation process was absolutely amazing, my heart didn't feel like it was jumping into the next room!!.. Dr Coleman is hilarious and made me very calm and relaxed... now I don't have to stress if I need anymore oral surgeries when it comes to my gum issues and bone deterioration!!.. and a huge shout out to the lovely ladies who took such great care of me as well, you all rock as a team!!!.. thank you allll!!... and I'm including the ladies up front, you allll make the walk in the front door a little less frightening:))... many blessings to you allll!!

The staff for this office are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Coleman takes his time and explains everything so you know exactly what to expect. It has been a good experience.

Excellent and expedient care. I went in with a nasty set of spurs and they got me in for help ASAP. Great follow-up as well. We need more practices like this.

Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Coleman is very professional, polite and patient friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of care.

The dental care here is second to none. Professional and first rate. Too bad the rude and condescending beauty queens at the front desk don't have the same values and respect for the people who walk in the door and pay their paychecks.

This was my first visit to Dr. Coleman's office since I moved to White Post. The office is clean & airy & the receptionists very nice. Kristi took my history & was very thorough. Dr. Coleman was excellent in evaluating my teeth and gums. Everyone was very friendly. I'll be back in 2 weeks for a deep clean with Kim. I'm glad I came here & I highly recommend this practice.

I recently had a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Coleman and his staff and I cannot be happier with the care that I received. Dr. Coleman and his staff were very professional, attentive, caring, efficient, and polite. From the time I entered the facility, I was treated with respect, compassion, and care. Appreciate the care received today and being educated to understand I am experiencing a normal gum problems due to aging process. Not that I am being negligent. Always leave the office uplifted by the friendliness and laughter.

I've been a patient for over 10 years. Today was my second visit with the new guy, Dr Coleman. I'm feeling pretty good about him. He explains things in an easy to understand way and I believe he really wants to do his best for those who come to him for treatment. I expect to continue seeing him on a regular basis and have no problem recommending him to others. Also the staff is wonderful. Kristi assisted the doctor today and she's really great at helping me keep my stress level under control. Two thumbs up!

My experience with Dr. Hanson, Dr. Coleman and the staff at Advanced Implant and Periodontal Specialists has been outstanding!!! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. I'm so glad that I chose this practice for my dental implant.
