They are so irresponsible and rude. I made an appointment from one and a half month ago. I checked with their front desk twice if they accept my insurance, and they said they do. But in the day of my appointment they easily told me their office does not accept my insurance. I showed them that the name and address of their office has been included in my network in the mobile app of my insurance, but they still said the same thing. The person in front desk did not even say that they are sorry for their mistake. I even asked them the day before my appointment date if they work with my insurance or not, and they had said yes. I was too frustrated and I don't recommend anybody to go to this office located at 1000 S Easton Rd, Wyncote, PA.

It was the best experience I've ever had that the dentist .. answer all my questions and they gave me great options.

Dr MGK was super fantastic in delivering exceptional service to my two daughters on this saturday morning, they were previously going to Prime Time Dental office and the office manager was very rude and unprofessional and care more about late fees and missed appointments than the actual common welfare of the patient. they were previously patients of two dentists and jn my view did absolutely nothing to address their dental needs. I am very pleased with Dr MGK professional services will continue to remain with the Advance Dentist family. Very Happy Customers/Patients

Horrible & So UnProfessional, I don't see how anyone has a license in that facility. They ruined my teeth. I been suffering since and I need to try to fix all the damages they caused.

So I call them up as a new patient cause I got a tooth that's reacting to anything cold.I get there a half an hour early and waited another half an hour in the waiting room,no problem.Almost 2 hours in the chair and the dentist is telling me that I gotta come back because "they're a very busy practice" then the dentist is accusing me of being disrespectful!!! Never in 57yrs have I went to a dentist office with a tooth that's hurting and not had the work done on that visit...NEVER.I won't be back

I came into the office last week to get a card I explained to the lady I want to make appointment but not sure of my work schedule she said that's fine call when ready I told her my sister comes here she ask me her name I told her she laughed and said she was just here a couple of months ago and ask about her sons that surprised me , now that's a good look never happen to me , you know I had to talk to my sister she likes her so I will be making appointment

June 2021- Update: the billing is crazy, inaccurate and deceptive. Unfortunately, I will not be back. 1. I received 3 different invoices... all different. *I actually HAD to go home to produce the invoices received because I was all but called a liar. 2. I was seen by a Dr. Easley however billing shows a Mirabela Gherca?!?!? 3. Balance billing by an "in- network provider is unacceptable. 4. Was told unless my bill is paid in full... I would not be seen... in front of other patients. I actually work for a major health insurance company and reporting this office for their billing practices March 2021 My experience with the support staff and Dr. Easley was nothing but exceptional. Greeted as soon as I entered with very little wait. Dr. Easley explained everything before performing them. The procedure was painless and he made sure I was comfortable throughout (two fillings and cleaning). My previous dentist retired and I'm happy l found this practice in my neighborhood.

Today was my first day at Advanced Family Dentistry. Everyone at the office was very nice. Dr.Easily is light handed and I didn't leave in pain. Can't wait until my next appointment.

Wait is extremely long and that's disrespectful of the patient's time. No matter how busy it gets, if I have an appointment at 10:00 AM, it's unacceptable to not get services or at least an explanation until past 12:00 PM. Never returning here. Other places treat you much better than this.

I had an appointment on Wednesday 9/22 at 11:30 am. I scheduled this appointment in July. When I went, they were closed... knocked on the door, called them, nothing. They don't even have an office phone number it automatically connects to the support center for their network. The support center also didn't know they were closed. Well, I will never come back here and people never go here as well because it seems like they have an inconsistent days of open & close. Please don't waste your time going here
