I really like the DDS. Calming, kind. Made an uncomfortable procedure not as bad. And, my teeth and gums are healthy!

went in super anxious about my wisdom teeth removal, but the nurse and oral surgeon were incredibly kind (and they got the iv in almost painlessly). the surgery was quick, they were very informational regarding aftercare, and made the procedure the least painful part of the process. they also are one of the only dental offices/oral surgery centers in the west chester area that accepts state insurance which is a huge win for a broke college student

Dr. Patel is awesome and makes me feel very comfortable, she also made space for an emergency visit the same day I called them.

I think Dr Patel and the hygienist are really really good. I'm an anxious patient and they are totally non-judge mental at this practice. I'd recommend to anyone.

My whole family had a great experience. My wife, myself, my 5 year old, and 2 year old all received checkups and everyone was personable. Covid restrictions in place but glad I am able to resume going. We drive over from Delaware since they accept our insurance and twice they were very receptive with our insurance company to fax them required documents almost instantly.

First of all I was a new patient- I called and they told me they had an appointment at 9am - on the way I encountered construction on the major route leading to the facility and as a result arrived 14 minutes late -upon entering they told me I needed to reschedule because I was late -I told them that I was 14 minutes late and that I was unaware of such a policy nor was I told of such a policy- I was told had I called it would've been fine! understanding that I have a broken tooth and it's an emergency situation- needless to say I was very upset- I was told to just deal with it- I said I would wait as long as it took and I was told no- First impressions mean a lot in business and I must say that I was not impressed I was dealt with rudely with zero compassion and understanding . There is no such policy written on the website nor was I told of such a policy so I was lied too as well- I could see had a been a half hour late and it was the afternoon- but this was early in the morning and I was 14 minutes late with an emergency- How often is it that we wait in waiting rooms well beyond n our scheduled appointment- and we are at their mercy- Again first impressions mean a lot in business and my first impression is that I would not recommend this dentist- no one's called me back I've tried calling to talk to someone about the situation- I've left messages with their service- to no avail-My impression is that they don't care

Worst office I have ever been to! Feels like your walking into a assembly line full of robots. They do not want to help you with ANYTHING besides pay me money and sign here. Had 2 teeth removed wisdom n moler and they pushed on my front tooth with the tooth extractor and cracked my front tooth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
