Dr. Weigand grew up in the frosty grasslands of Bismark, North Dakota. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizonaone of the nations newest, most advanced dental schools. While not in the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking and sports.
Dr. Kenny Clow received his Bachelors of Science from Oregon State University. He then pursued his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at the prestigious Oregon Health & Science University, School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of the Multnomah Dental Society, ADA member of the Oregon Dental Association, Oregon Academy of General Dentistry. He also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
Dr. Clows relaxed and personable nature helps make him an approachable and friendly dentist that patients love. He strives to educate his patients about their dental health and treatment options in a thorough and relatable manner. Above all, he values a gentle and personalized treatment experience. Dr. Clows ultimate goal is to ensure a positive patient-doctor relationship.
Outside of the office, Dr. Clow is usually spending time with his wife and precious daughter. Dr. Clow and his wife are frequently found listening to country music and two-stepping across old wood floors. Aside from spending time with his family, he loves anything outdoors including hunting, hiking, rafting, camping and even sky diving. Hes also an avid golfer and loves to fly planes. Dr. Clow is excited to explore the great Alaskan country side and learning about this incredible community.
RDH Shawna Drumhiller graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1996 and has been actively growing in the dental profession since. She has been recertified with her Nitrous Oxidation certificate and is excited to offer our patients this service.
Her years of experience and knowledge allow her to give you the best options and care to achieve a healthy oral environment. She prides herself in provided a judgment-free zone and customizing your dental visits to your specific needs with friendly supportive care.
Currently Shawna and her husband live in North Pole, where they are raising their 4 children. When she isnt working she enjoys volunteering at her local church and exercising. She looks forward to every summer in Alaska to get out and enjoy hunting, camping, and fishing with her friends and family.

I usually dread dental cleanings, but Delena, one of the hygienists at Advanced Family Dentistry, makes it a pleasant experience. She is professional, fun and gentle. I highly recommend her.

Returned to hygienist because she had previously been 5 service. Today , I'm pleased to say that she was back to providing 5 star service. Question your service providers if you must. Everyone have BAD days.

I am from out of town on a tight travel schedule. I asked a friend who lives here where to go and he recommended this office. I called a 3PM yesterday with a cap which had come off. I was scheduled at 1 PM today. The care was absolutely excellent. I was glued back together and on my way in 2 hours. Absolutely top notch emergency care. care!

All five of my visits to Advanced Family Dentistry have been great. The office is clean, modern, and pleasant and the entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Shawna (dental hygienist) is very personable, skilled, and gentle. Dr. Wiegand is excellent and very nice as well. Highly recommended. Follow up: Five years later still seeing Advanced Family Dentistry and they are still providing outstanding dentistry and customer service. Shawna is the best.

I love this place! Everyone there is so nice and super helpful. I get anxious at the dentist and they gave me multiple options to feel better and more relaxed. They have always been able to squeeze my family in when needed. My 4 kids have no issues going here. Best dentist office in Fairbanks!

Way too expensive! $460 dollars for basically 10 minutes to remove about 6-8 stitches from my gums! I know Fairbanks Alaska dentists are all expensive but this is overly excessive!

Going to the dentist made me anxious today I had a possible cavity, but Dr. Weigand and her crew made me feel better today. My hygenist Shawna, had some funny stories for me to life my spirits. Best cleaning you will ever receive!! And the rest of the gals behind/infront the scene are top notch. I would recommend them 110%!! Thanks everyone, see you in 3 to 6 months.

Professionalism and customer service is excellent. They are very good at what they do. You can tell each person that works there loves their job! Dr. Weigand is very good at her job, she has great attention to details, very kind, and she takes the times to explain what she's doing, as well as taking the time to answer any questions from her patients.
