Were continuing to expand our services so that patients can enjoy the convenience of dental services close to home. Our new location in Huntley will be opening in 2019. Here, we will offer the same great services available at our other two offices, giving you the option to choose the location that is most convenient for your family.
Dr. Chirag Patel graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2005. He then completed dental school at Columbia University in New York in 2009.In 2010, he completed an Advanced Education course in General Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center.
Dr. Patel lives in Lakewood, IL and has three dogs. Dr. Patel is also an owner of his very own reef tank! In his leisure time, he likes to golf, exercise, travel, scuba dive, snorkel, and spend time with family.

Dr. Patel is THE best dentist! I trust him implicitly. He has done 4 implants for me and maintenance dentistry. Great family environment. They all make you feel good! I used to hate the dentist...now I don't. I'd suggest them to anyone!

Dr Patel and fabulous staff to the rescue again! Seems one bite on a bacon bit in a salad disagreed with my tooth, and won. I was in immediate pain at dinner and throughout the night. One call in a.m. and I was in the dental chair in less than an hour. After a thorough exam and me visibly seeing damage created, the tooth had to be extracted. Not the happy ending anyone would hope for...but this is the place to be for honest, informative treatment. Couldn't believe how painless and quick the process was...and so far no pain the next day. And no more bacon in salads for me.

I've had some "interesting" and disappointing experiences with dentists in the past that left me with some decent dental phobia. After avoiding the dentist all together for a few years I decided it was time to be responsible and get in. I found Advanced Family Dental Spa and they are AMAZING! Super friendly, understanding, comprehensive, and gentle. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great service on time and they listen. They give great advice and try procedures that are lest invasive first. Best mouth guard fit to date and I have had many.

Have been trying to get in with this office for some time now. No one ever picks up the phone. I get active marketing mail from them but yet it seems impossible to get in contact with them to schedule an appointment. I will modify my review if I ever get in and am happy with the service. I have been trying to find a new dentist since mine retired.

I just had to have a root canal done. Dr. Patel and his staff have made this experience as easy as a root canal can be. I had one done several years ago, and it was a painful experience. Dr. Patel and his staff are all friendly and caring. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly. Options were given and explained. Everyone there genuinely wants to make procedures as painless as possible. And I must add, being greeted by one of his big fluffy dogs is an added bonus.
