When I made the appointment online I was given the option for dentist or hygienist I picked dentist for my cleaning because my gums are swollen. When I went there for my appointment the dentist ("Dr." Sirisha) said she doesn't do cleanings in a ignorant manor and had the nerve to tell me that's why you don't make appointments online and I should of called it in. I called off work for this and wasted my time. Very unprofessional. Who wouldn't pick a more qualified dentist for a cleaning if given the option? It didn't say anything about dentist not doing cleanings. They don't deserve your money do not come here. I have never left a bad review in my life but felt the need to do it for this place.

I paid my contract in full. I called the company they used to finance my kids braces. Tripled checked and I am paid in full. Now they deducted money this month, when they should have not. Being over charged, hidden fees that was not on the contract. I requested a $0 balance receipt and they never provided it. So this is costing me over $10k very disappointed.

Office staff is incompetent. Had a procedure done in December of 2019. Paid my out-of-pocket cost. Fast forward sept 2022 I get a bill in the mail from a collection agency because the insurance didn't pay their part from said procedure. Come to find out the insurance company needed more information from the dental office and they had a year to send them the information. My insurance company contacted Advanced family dental on several occasions trying to get the information they needed but advanced family dental was not responding or giving them what they needed so I got stuck with the bill. Would not recommend you anybody. Very unprofessional.

I usually have no problem at this office but today I came in on time as usual for my appointment and I was standing waiting for almost 5 minutes until I walked to the back of the office and got a staff member to help me. So I really didn't appreciate standing there waiting excessively. Therefore, I will rate the front office unsatisfactory today. But just know if this happens to you find someone to help you don't stand there as long as I did before finding staff to address you.

Over all actually dental exam & cleaning great. However when I brought my kids here it was with intention they would be able to be serviced here for everything. I even asked this. Now I'm sent to a different pediatric dentist for a crown. Also i have never been called back after multiple messages have been left because i need the X-rays sent to the other dentist. Even the messaging center can't get through. After 2 yrs of going we will not be returning. And this is close to our home.

Danielle has been my hygienist for a few years now, and has always made me feel so comfortable while in the chair. For someone who deals with anxiety at the dentist she's always reassured me with every step that's happening next and has eased any worries I've had. I would recommend Advanced family dental and Danielle any day!
