Always takes forever and they are rude when you ask why, currently here two hours, while my daughter text me whoever doing her braces does not know what they are doing and keep putting things on and off her teeth.

This place is awful. Had a coupon and they charged me for services they didn't provide and told me I had to come back for the rest of the service I'd been charged for. I had such a horrible experience that it took me a year to even be willing to come back. So now they scheduled me for services I didn't ask for, without telling me, and they want to charge me for everything! So now I'm left having paid for services I never even received. Screw this place.

Advanced family dental and orthodontics is the best place . Specially Vickie she's the sweetest with all my kids , we been coming here for 8 years and we always ask for Vickie . She really care for the kids needs . My kids get mad whenever they don't get Vickie.

The office isn't the nicest you'll visit, and they aren't the most organized, but they're friendly, flexible, and reasonably priced. Marlen took good care of my son and I on our most recent visit.

Vickie, the head assistant, has been the most personable and attentive to my family and our needs. I am thankful that through these years there has always been a dependable friendly face to look forward too! I have been with Advanced Family Orthodontists and completed orthodontics with 3 children with today reaching a milestone with my last of 4 children to also be with Vickie. I have had the pleasure of having treatment with Dr.Phimon for my eldest, Dr. Wong for my twins and now Dr. Alamo and it truly has been a positive experience full of smiles in the end especially with Vickie.
