Since I was young I have always been so nervous going to the dentist. The Dr & Staff were AMAZING!Just a wonderful group of people Very pleasant & Comforting . Easy payment plans! Was able to get an appointment easily!

The service at Advanced Family Dental is welcoming. It is always comforting environment when going to them. Ive always had great visits, the dentist is the best. I have my dentures from here, ive never had such great work done.

Very pleasant experience! It was nice to see the dentist was interested in giving me an honest assessment, not one that paid for this month's operating expenses! 2022-02-11. I was at their facility about a week ago for a cleaning and was told they are dropping me, along with Delta USA, because they aren't profitable. Most service companies use attrition to accomplish the same thing! Then they just called me a couple days ago to begin a "repair plan." I thought I wasn't profitable!(?). And they try to upsell every time I am there. I am beginning to question if I really have any Dental issues at all. In addition, I paid cash for a fluoride treatment when I have a $151 credit. I no longer trust these people. I question that my teeth are even in need of the crowns they have been trying to push on me!!! I SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS PEOPLE.

Scheduling Ortho appointments is difficult. It's not uncommon to have no available appointments for ten weeks, even when the doctor recommended a return visit in 4-6 weeks. The staff is nice and their work is good. I'm just disappointed that we couldn't actually get in for care.

Wow! My experience at Advanced Family Dental was amazing! They made me feel very comfortable, and they were all very personable. Really, a fun experience, as far as going to the dentist goes anyway, lol. Knowing that my previous cleaning--elsewhere--was rushed, they really took the time to do a very thorough cleaning. And, on top of that, the dentist asked if I wanted him to fill a chip in the enamel of one of my teeth. No other dentist offered that before, they always said "as long it doesn't get any worse, it'll be fine." Well! I love my smile even more now! Thank you! You guys are great and I'm bummed to learn that you won't be taking my insurance anymore, I would love to come back there!

I just left their office and everyone was so nice and helpful. Raquel, I believe, cleaned my teeth, she was so informative and attentive to me throughout my cleaning, I will be back!

I am currently getting a lot of dental work performed. Was mortified to even step into a dentist but knew I finally had to get it done. Katie is awesome. She never makes you feel ashamed and is just a great human being. You can tell she is passionate about her work. Though it is definitely a long road for me to healthy teeth, I do enjoy seeing and talking to Katie. She is compassionate, caring and an awesome dental assistant.

I've been coming here for many years and the staff is great. However I don't feel that a $10 charge for each patient is fair for their PPE. Don't most companies supply that for their employees?

Great experience so far! Little to no wait time! Staff is very, very friendly. The hygienist, Shelly, is so sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Dave is very nice too, he made me feel comfortable when I was nervous!

When I first came to get a root canal they showed me a payment of $470 in all for everything. So I payed the bill and was told to come back following week to get crown. So I come back they finish my crown and tell me to walk to the front to set appointment to get the real one put in. Get to the front they telling me I owe them for crown that's another $400 dollars just wish they could of explained it to me better I would of waited gave them the last of my money that was only $100 because they couldn't just bill me the front desk is rude.

I can't say enough praise for this establishment. A great welcome, hardly any wait time, I have been going to this place for a few years, my dental hygienist is awesome, very professional and friendly. The dentist and the all the people working there are nice and always smiling. The place is always very clean.
