Very nice and clean dental office. and an easy location. extremely nice, friendly, caring staff. I was in and out fast. Good Riddance to Sonrisa Dental in Chicago Heights'... Staff always return calls and emails. I highly recommend them to anyone. Everything the dentist said was wrong with my grandchild's teeth was confirmed. The negative reviews are mostly really old reviews for this clinic. Because we didn't experience any of this. The dentist saved my grandchild's teeth.

Absolutely terrible place! I've been taking my son here for years. During an orthodontist consult we were informed he has an extra tooth. That his dentist never told us about. I was instructed to have it removed asap. I even made sure to ask if it would be covered by medicaid. I was told "of course it'll be covered!" I made the appointment for 2 weeks, Took a day off work and took my son to get his extra tooth removed. We get in back the dentist looks in his mouth for 3 seconds n disappears for TWENTY MINUTES. The receptionist comes in back stumbling over her words trying to show me the cost of the extraction. Then starts asking me if I want her to put in a request to the insurance which would take about a week. Something that should have been done TWO WEEKS AGO.

My first 2 visit there were absolutely uncomfortable and my dentist was not listening to what I wanted to do with my teeth my mouth ,I called and scheduled a new appointment request a new dentist Dr.Khalil Qatu Not only did he listen to my concerns buy he help me understand my options better and we agreed on great plan to achieve My goal .I felt so much trust on him finally heading on the right direction thank you so much the sour taste is gone, After today .Finally I found the right dentist I highly recommend him he won't even get up until he ask you if you have any other questions or concerns that's going beyond services makes you feel great .THANK YOU SO MUCH

Friendly and efficient staff. My 10 year old was a bit apprehensive the staff made her feel very comfortable. The ambiance of the office is very welcoming. My daughter is pleased. They let her choose her colors and she is good to go !!! Kudos Thanks so much J Smith

I am a new patient and was very happy with the service I got. The staff is very friendly, professional and welcoming. The office is clean and safety precautions are in place to keep everyone safe and healthy. I am very happy I switched. Would definitely recommend.

I really loved this place, the girls on the reception were the sweetest souls! And when they were putting shots in my sons gums, he could barely feel it! No crying whatsoever, so no only do they know how to work well with you personally but with your teeth too! Definitely recommend! They are wonderful, and if they are more stars i will give them all

I'm pretty upset. 6 months ago I was told I needed to reschedule my appointment because the hygienist no longer works there. The only opening was 6 months later. I was told I would be called if there were any cancellations. I can't believe there hasn't been any cancellations in the last 6 months now... Now 6 months later my rescheduled appointment is this month and I receive a text from them saying I need to reschedule AGAIN due to them needing to train a hygienist. Really??? They have always done a good job cleaning my teeth and everyone is nice but this is totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I am switching dentists.

I am a new patient and I am very satisfied. It is very hard to find a dental office with great staff and availability. The hygienist Martin was very informative and took his time with cleaning teeth and explaining what's important. I am very particular with my teeth and he addressed my concerns.

I was told I had 7 cavities. I had the first 4 filled on left side of my mouth. I had pain for a month, maybe 2 months. For a full year I could not chew on left side of my mouth. After two years I just built up courage to go to a different dentist. I was told that I didn't have cavities on the right side where this office told me I had 3 more. The new dentist said maybe they wanted to replace my silver fillings, but that I didn't have any actual cavities. So if you choose to go here be careful and seek second opinion for any major work they say you need done.

It's been quite a number of years since I've been to the dentist. I must say I was a little apprehensive before I walked in the door. Was greeted by a reception and then escorted to the back by a hygienist. The hygienist and the rest of the staff made me feel such at ease. When the doctor arrived very friendly and courteous and reassuring that I would receive the best treatment. In review I want to say that the staff was above and beyond courteous and I'm so happy with my decision to choose this dentist office
