Dr. Thobani consistently pursues courses through the Academy of Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the Chicago Dental Society (CDS), and the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS). She is a participating member of the American Dental Association (ADA).
Dr. Thobani completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma . In 1993, she graduated from Marquette University, Dental School in Milwaukee and then moved to Chicago and worked for a handful of dental practices, officially buying her own practice, Advanced Family Dental of Naperville, in 2010.

Dr. Thobani and her team go above and beyond to make you feel completely comfortable, your care plan is thought out and verbally discussed prior to your visit , paying thorough attention to every small detail. I would highly recommend Dr. Thobani to all!

This Is The Worst DENTIST EVER! Dr.Thobani , would literally hurt you and not care. I stated to her multiple times It was a uncomfortable feeling/hurt because she was literally poking at my mouth & she continued to do it. She also super money hungry all she wants is money. She doesn't know how to talk to people & I try to be so respect to her but that's no longer gonna happen if she continues to be rude to me. YOUR A BUSINESS, BE PROFESSIONAL. I never leave reviews but she definitely took me to that point to WRITE a review about the TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL business that she has, she even gossips about other clients that she have. I CAN NO LONGER DEAL WITH HER!

She is literally what dentist nightmares are made of!! 1. She continues to drill even though you are in pain-I had a molar filling done by her and I let her know that I was in pain but she continued to drill yelling at me that my teeth are too sensitive and "encouraging" me on that she was almost done when I had tears running down my face. I had pain in that tooth like 3 months later and my new dentist told me that she had damaged a nerve and I needed to get a root canal. 2. She shames you- she yelled at me about how nobody gets a cavity in their bottom front teeth but went on and on about why I had cavities..she even yelled at me that I was holding the mirror in the wrong hand when she had me hold that grimy mirror. 3. They just billed me with no explanation and I haven't been to them in 2 years!!(and paid/covered by insurance at that time to my knowledge) After every visit they send a text asking for reviews (which is probably how they got all the good ratings) and honestly, she's "fake nice." Please adhere to the warning of the other one stars. I can tell that the front staff is trying to do their best but honest she is horrible and condescending. Do not go to her. I am still traumatized from her.

It is obvious that Dr Thobani loves being a dentist. She is very passionate and precise with her work. I have been very happy with my dental cleanings and new crowns over the years. It's like she's designing a masterpiece!

This place is a joke! I will never show my face again! I go into the office in pain and leave hurting 100x more than what I felt then wants to give me Motrin AFTER saying it doesn't help I took it for the pain along with Tylenol and ibuprofen! They truly do not care about you at all.

GREAT~! I have been seeing Dr. Thobani for Invisalign and it has been a great experience so far. Everyone is very professional, nice and helpful and this is one of the best dentists/orthodontists I have been to.

I love Advanced Family Dental of Naperville! The staff are very professional and kind! I feel safe there as a patient during this pandemic. There's never been more than 1 other patient there at a time, besides myself. They schedule accordingly so there's never another patient in the waiting room. Dr Thobani truly cares about her patients! I'm on BCBS community Family health insurance, ( state insurance). At other dentists, I have been not treated so well, due to my insurance before. This office does NOT discriminate because of that! Dr. Thobani also helped me with things that weren't covered, she let me pay it in two visits and understood my situation. I highly recommend this office!!!!! Thank you Dr. Thobani and staff!

Advanced family dental in Naperville is a very nice dental office to go to the doctor Thovani it's very thorough and all my kids have been there and she's taking care of all of us and I would highly recommend her services to anyone in the area.
