We were one of the first dental offices in Wyoming to offer laser dentistry, which helps us provide accurate care and quick recovery. Lasers play an important role in the second phase of dental implants, helping to make the second phase of this treatment as painless as possible. We are proud to be the first office in Central Wyoming using revolutionary E-4D technology to create and place custom dental crowns in a single visit. This incredible tool allows us to take a digital impression of your tooth, which is transmitted to a computer-guided milling device that can craft a precise, natural-looking restoration in minutes. Our patients can now have access to the most accurate restorations available.
When you think about visiting the dentists office, comfort may not be the first thing that comes to mind however, you can certainly expect to be comfortable when you visit our office. We have flat-screen TVs, and Mini Ipads in every room to help keep you entertained, and to help you feel more at-home and at-ease, both while awaiting and undergoing treatment. We also offer nitrous oxide, which can help you feel considerably more relaxed if you experience any anxiety during your visit.
The amenities, comforts, and advanced tools we use in our practice all serve to accomplish our mission; it is the goal of this office to provide treatment and education that will bring all our patients to optimal oral health. The staff and Dr. Dacus are honest and to the point on hygiene and procedures. My hygienist, Jamie, is very detailed in the areas I have improved in and the areas where I need to focus more on. At Advanced Family Dental Im as comfortable as you can get at a dentist office. The office is always neat and clean. The wait is reasonable, fifteen to twenty minutes. Dr. Larsen was born and raised in Casper. He graduated from The University of Wyoming and attended The University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. He returned to Casper and practices in Casper and Glenrock. Dr. Larsen likes to stay current with continuing education and is constantly attending classes on the latest dental technology and techniques. He is especially interested in cosmetic dentistry and TMJ disorders. He has done extensive training at The Dawson Academy, an all-inclusive TMJ and Dental medicine training institute. He is also passionate about implant dentistry and has completed a residency program at the The WhiteCap Institute.
I went in for a check up on a sore tooth only for him to assure me that everything is okay and well. He noticed two cavities in my mouth and just went ahead and did them on the spot instead of making me wait. He was painless and respectfully fast. I couldnt believe how well I continue to be treated by this doctor. The staff makes you feel like your in a family environment with smiles and laughter. Office staff is professional and assistant was the best ever. But they've never sent a billing statement and now threaten collections. How can I pay a bill I never received?Their new dentist did some fillings written up by Dr. Davidson. Tooth was to be 3 surfaces. Dr. Taci removed the old filling, told me after she did it, then counted it as 4 surfaces and charged me $200 more than the financial plan. I won't be back.

Very satisfied! I haven't been to a dentist for a LONG time. Everyone here is very friendly, they make you feel comfortable and welcome. Aaron, Dr. Larson, did a wonderful job, very little discomfort and ZERO pain.

I have been coming here for 21 years and I LOVE it. Shame on me for not writing a review sooner. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is all so friendly and personable as well as helpful and knowledgeable. They don't berate you are rag on you for your dental mistakes, they just encourage and offer assistance in the areas that could use correction. They calm your anxiety and explain everything they are doing as they do it. Cierra at the front desk is the most friendly face to walk in to. Thank you for all you do! If you've been looking for a new dental office, this is the one.

The professionalism, care for their community, and comfort that was shown today was so refreshing. This was my first time going to Advanced Family Dental and we already booked future appointments for the rest of our family. I went in there for pain in a tooth and the doctor and staff handled it with such class. I felt no pain through the procedure. My 3 year old son was sitting in the room while I got my tooth fixed. He was able to see how smooth it went and wants to go back and get his teeth looked at. Their facility was immaculate and comfortable. Casper is lucky to have this facility.

I want to give an extra shout out to Jen (I'm pretty sure that was her name..) in reception. She was so kind and helpful. She was very professional and had a very bubbly, outgoing personality. The entire staff is amazing, but she really stood out to me. Thank you Advance Family!

We had five appointments today for cleaning and x-rays. They scheduled appointments quickly and started on time once we arrived. All five of us had good experiences with our hygienists. Mine was especially conscientious and even fixed a problem that was left over from some old orthodontic work I had had. The waiting room was comfortable. Because of the recent hot weather, office A/C was a bit cold, so the staff offered us blankets in case it was uncomfortable. Overall, we were impressed and plan to make this our family dentist for the foreseeable future.

Warning: don't do business with these guys, they play hardball to ruin your credit if there's a billing disagreement. I came in for a visit and absolutely did not need xray or scans done as i just had them done 6 months ago, and yet they still forced them on me assuring me that my insurance covers it. Surprise, insurance did not cover it entirely and they left me with a 18 dollar balance. After explaining my displeasure with how this was handled, they just sent me to collections and wrecked my credit. If you have shaky credit and can't afford to risk a billing disagreement, simply bypass these guys and find another dentist in town.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with professionalism and respect. I was nervous and embarrassed about the state of my teeth since it has been a long time since I've been to a dentist. However, everyone from the front desk to the doctor was comforting and empathetic. I am hopeful now and looking forward to my next visit.
