I am normally terrified during dental procedures, but I felt at ease during my root canal because I was walked through everything they were going to do and they happily answered all my questions. The staff were welcoming and the facility was very clean!

Had a root canal with Dr. Chisel. He was kind and gentle. The staff is amazing and the office is clean. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Stuparitz and his staff will make your treatment so comfortable. Going in I was a bit nervous but honestly the whole experience was quick and amazing!

I am editing my review of Dr Stuparitz. At first I gave him a 5 because I was very pleased with my experience when he performed a root canal for me. However, I am now changing my review because of their billing practices. I was overcharged by nearly $1000. At the time of my visits I had to pay much more than I expected to be charged after my two insurance companies paid the claims. I questioned the charges and was assured I would be refunded any overpayment after the claims were filed and paid. I was in pain so I put the charges on my credit card so I could get my tooth taken care of. I was not refunded after the claims were paid so I called the office and they told me to talk to my insurance company. So, I filed a grievance with my primary dental insurance company (Met Life). Met Life reviewed my grievance and has agreed with me that I was overcharged. They have informed Dr. Stuparitz of their review but Dr Stuparitz still has not refunded me the overpayment. I have called them to discuss but they don't answer their phone and you have to leave a message. They won't call me back. I stopped by their office but the door is locked and you have to call from the car to check in. Well, guess what. They don't answer the phone and I wasn't going to waste time waiting in my car for them to call me back. I advise everyone to stay clear of this place. Dishonesty at it's worst.

Extremely satisfied with this practice. I was seated and seen at the appointed time and treated with a high level of professionalism and sincere empathy by Dr. John Stuparitz and Assistant explained every step of the procedure and sustained my level of confidence and comfort thought my treatment. I am extremely thankful to all staff at the Advanced Endodontic Associates and very grateful for their service and expertise.

My initial visit was excellent. Everyone was very nice and did a great job explaining what was going to happen from beginning to end. I'm glad my dentist referred me to Advanced Endodontics.

Doctor was Amazing!! Took his time and made sure I was comfortable and numb before going through the root canal. I'm only making it a 2 because the front office staff were terrible at communicating how much I needed for my procedure. They told me one price the day before and then after the procedure was done I was unable to leave because I didn't have enough to pay the bill that was $300 more than they told me. They made it seem like it was my fault on top of it.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Had Anxiety as this was first root canal and there was no need. Dr. Stuparitz explained the entire process and was understanding. There was no pain and done quickly. Highly recommend Advanced Endodontics.

Root canal by Dr Ceisel ---time in office and chair was as good as one could expect. Most importantly, my dentist who did the follow up work said the canal work completed by Dr Ceisel was exceptional.

This has been my 3rdv time with Dr S &he continues to be a shining star when it comes to what could be a traumatic experience. He communicates with you the entire time, keeping one in the loop about his processes. He's very concerned about how you're racing during what could be a pretty painful procedure. If you are in need of an Endodontist, you CAN NOT FIND ANYONE BETTER! Thanks Dr Stuparitz

If you have to go have Endodontics work done you would be hard pressed to find a better place. The staff is both professional and courteous and have patient care and comfort as their primary concern. Dr. Stuparitz is not only a great Endidontist but also one of the better physicians I have ever been in the care of. I was so comfortable I almost napped in the chair.
