Excellent care! I had a root canal. Dr. Hope and staff were terrific. They explained everything very carefully. The procedure went smoothly, very little discomfort and no pain during. A little discomfort for a day or 2 was dealt with easily with some Advils. (it was in the back of my mouth so I wasn't surprised). I have no more pain. Highly recommend them.

The office was very responsive to my emergency seeing me on a Friday afternoon. Dr. S was attentive, empathic and able to work with my challenging tooth issue with very minimal discomfort for me (only slightly felt the novocaine injection). He explained everything he was doing which eased any anxiety I felt. I highly recommend him and his practice.

The staff is professional, polite, very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient: the scheduling is easy, the waiting time is short. Dr. Kolnick has superlative skills, a calm and soothing bedside manner, and a sense of humor. He is also informative and very clear in his explanations. The office uses the latest technologies: my molar root canal needed only a single session. My root canal was totally painless during (and after) the procedure. I felt utmost comfort and a blissful relaxation--as if being pampered in a spa. I rate Dr. Kolnick and his office above the 5-star maximum in every respect. They are worth a trip from anywhere in the country.

This could not have been a better experience, given it was root canal. Administrators were ultra compassionate and caring in both offices. Dr. Svetcov was absolutely fantastic... painless throughout... even had encouraging updates during the procedure. Really great. This is THE place to go if you're up for endodontic work. Bravo! I went to the White Plains location. The procedure was fine and everyone was nice, but I was upset about getting charged for something not covered by my insurance. When I went to pay, they told me my copay and then there was an extra cost of $250 for a 3D X-rays or something. I told them that if I would have known my insurance doesn't cover that I would have declined that service. The girl at the desk looked at me and said I will tell them that while reaching for my card. She looked like she didn't even care and probably wasn't going to mention anything to them about being upfront about pricing. That was really annoying because that was an extra $250 I really didn't have I spend on this procedure; but I guess that's life nowadays.

Dr. Diamond is excellent and the office staff very efficient. She performed two root canals and from start to finish I knew I was in very capable hands.

Terrible expereince! The endodonist wasted a lot of my time and money to save a tooth he clearly knew couldn't be saved. Lesson learned, get more than one opinion before comminting to this place to get work done. I came out with a fractured root (3 weeks following my procedure) and an infection worse that what I originally went in with.

I was referred to Dr. Kara Diamond at this office for consultation on a new crown that was done on my back molar. I was extremely nervous about a root canal and had asked for a someone who might do root canals every day -- a specialist! My tooth was so sensitive I wasn't sure if I'd ever be able to chew on that side again. Dr. Diamond was amazing. She set me up for an xray, reviewed it with me, explaining everything and why I needed the root canal. She listened and advised and let me know I was in good hands. After the fact, the root canal went so smoothly, I felt no pain and have no issues. I'm eating and chewing on both sides! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Diamond after my experience. I called her a miracle worker but she's just skilled at what she does. Thank you Dr. Diamond! The office staff was very warm and professional, the office equipment was hi-tech and up to date and there was a very good Covid-response procedure in place. ALL, be well and stay safe.

I was a little nervous when my dentist referred me to an Endodontist, Dr. Diamond, but it turned out to be one of my best experiences with dentists! Dr. Diamond was professional, but caring and she explained everything that needed to be done and why (including pictures). She impressed me with her confident, calm manner and I actually relaxed during the entire procedure. All of the staff in both offices were also friendly and helpful. PS, I really loved the dental chair!

I rarely write reviews but I have to take the time to describe my wonderful experience at Advanced Endodontics of Westchester. I developed such a fear of the dentist due to horrible experiences that I have had over the years so much so that I had put off going to the dentist for years and that led me to needing an emergency root canal. I came across Advanced Endodontics of Westchester online and I am so grateful that I did. From the moment that I walked into the office I was treated so nicely from the people at the front desk and the dentists assistant. Dr. Spencer Svetcov was excellent!! He was so kind and gentle throughout the entire experience and walked me through everything he was doing. Best of all, I felt no pain! If I ever need more work done this is where I will be going. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Dr Hope was fantastic and caring. He explained the whole procedure and what I could expect. He even drew pictures and showed me everything on the X-ray. Root canals aren't fun but Dr Hope was able to keep me calm and did a wonderful job!!

I received exceptional care and service at Advanced Endodontics with Dr. Kolnick and his entire staff. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone who requires dental care. Dr. Kolnick made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed during the entire procedure. They are the absolute best!

I visited both offices in Westchester and Mount Kisco ~ If I could leave 1000 stars I would! My expectations were exceeded on every level from the moment I was greeted at the reception desks and throughout my entire treatment process. Patients are treated with dignity, respect and very courteous. Dr. Kolnick's expertise, skill and friendliness were second to none right along with his entire staff.
