Dr. Sayeed Attar is a Minnesota native and attended St. Johns University. He completed his dental training at the University of Minnesota of School of Dentistry in 2003 and went into private practice with his father. Dr. Attar practiced general dentistry for two years before returning to the University of Minnesota to become an endodontist. He completed his Endodontic Certification and Masters of Science in 2007. While in Minnesota, Dr. Attar served for five years as a faculty member in the Department of Endodontics at the University of Minnesota. Currently, Dr. Attar lectures to dental students at the Texas A&M University College of Dentistry.
After practicing in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Dr. Attar and his wife, Dr. Casey Turner, relocated to Texas and proudly opened Advanced Endodontics of Texas. Dr. Attar is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
Outside of the office, Dr. Attar is an automotive enthusiast, enjoys giving back to the community through a variety of volunteer and charitable organizations (including the North Texas Food Bank), and most importantly enjoys just being a husband and dad to his two wonderful children.
Dr. Casey Lane Turner grew up in Midland, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a degree in biomedical science. Dr. Turner completed her dental training at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio dental school and continued her education with an endodontic residency at the University of Minnesota. She received her Endodontic Certificate and Masters of Science in 2007.
Following residency, Dr. Turner stayed in Minnesota and practiced endodontics in Minneapolis. Dr. Turner and her husband, Dr. Sayeed Attar, relocated to Texas to be closer to family and opened Advanced Endodontics of Texas.
Dr. Turner is a former part-time Associate Professor at the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry and currently lectures to endodontic residents as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Texas A&M College of Dentistry (Formerly Baylor College of Dentistry). Dr. Turner is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
Outside of private practice Dr. Turner enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in her childrens schools. Dr. Turner also believes in giving back to the community by volunteering at her church and other charitable organizations.
Dr. Ryan M. Walsh grew up in Sioux City, IA. He attended the University of Iowa where he completed both his Biology and Dental (DDS) degrees. Dr. Walsh relocated to Texas to continue his education at Texas A&M College of Dentistry (formerly Baylor College of Dentistry) where he received his specialty Certificate in Endodontics and Masters of Science in Oral Biology.
Dr. Walsh is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Texas A&M College of Dentistry where he teaches in the clinic and lectures to dental students. Dr. Walsh is actively involved in research relating bioceramic materials and clinical outcomes. He also participates in the National Dental Practice-Based Research Network, which is a nationwide group of dental providers committed to advancing knowledge of dental practice with evidence based research.

These people are awesome. I have never had dental work such as a root canal done which had such insignificant after-effects. I was able to go immediately to work, no pain, no problems, nothing. All dental and endodontic procedures should be so easy, fast and painless. Many thanks!!

If you need a root canal, this is the place! As a general dentist nearby, Advanced Endodontics is my first choice when referring my patients for root canal therapy. Dr. Turner, Dr. Attar, and Dr. Walsh are all amazing! They do excellent work with honesty and integrity. In 6 years of using their office, I have had nothing but positive feedback from my patients. Highly Recommend!!!

This office has it all! A compassionate staff, highly educated and caring doctors and a beautiful and inviting facility. Staff was caring and compassionate trying to fit me in the office schedule considering I was experiencing pain. Doctor Walsh went above and beyond not only treating my concern but explaining in detail my condition and alternative options. Clinical staff explained in detailed the follow up instructions and called to check on me following treatment. While waiting to be treated, I was placed in a room that felt like I was in my house's living room. Their facility is comfortable, warmth and inviting. Thank you to the entire staff and doctors at Advance Endo. You are setting the standard of service in your area. I will definitely choose your practice again and will make sure my family and friends do the same. THANK YOU!

I couldn't imagine a better endodontist and staff. They make such an unpleasant thing actually pleasant. I appreciate them more than they know. I'd never go to anyone but them. Dr. Welsch is wonderful!

Dr. Attar is probably one of the most professional medical providers I have had the pleasure of working with. Thorough, clearly identifying his plans and methods - he puts you at ease as to what he is executing. If you are nervous about an Endodontist, this is the practice to visit.

My daughter (age 16) is on the autism spectrum and has developed quite a phobia of going to the dentist. Her previous experiences at the dentist have been just horrible...in fact she has PTSD from it. Over the last two years, she flat out refused to go see the dentist. No matter what I tried... her anxiety would sky rocket and well to make a long story shorter...she did not want to do anything to care for her teeth. She stopped smiling in pictures ...she was embarrassed... her fear of the dentist was so overwhelming that she didn't want to look in a mirror. She did not want to see that her teeth were showing signs of cavity and decay. Time and lack of good dental maintenance led to one of her teeth to break off and expose the nerve to air. Pain + Phobia + Autism Spectrum = An agonizing experience for her and her caregivers. It took a lot of bribery, tough love and consistency to get her to even come to see Dr. Ryan Walsh @ Advanced Endo. Dr. Walsh is an amazing, patient and empathetic person. His bed side manner was refreshing. He spent time listening to my concerns before we even went in for a consultation so that he could develop a positive interaction with our daughter. She had zero trust in adults from the past and he was remarkable with her. We went in for X-rays and consultation so that he could "see" the most emergent areas to work on first. She hardly spoke to the doctor on this day. ( She was overwhelmed and overstimulated.) He determined after visiting with us that she would benefit from IV sedation to complete the root canal that she needed. This led us to another angel, Dr. Misra. Dr. Misra was responsible for the IV sedation and he is one of those doctors that just make your calmer when he is in the room. Through phone consults he learned more about our daughter and how it would be best to make the experience low stress and one that would benefit our daughter. He has a profound way to use the tone of his voice to lower anxiety levels. He is one of a kind. Together Dr. Walsh and Dr. Misra made magic happen for our sweet daughter today. She was ready for her tooth to be fixed...you see she was in a lot of pain and was eager this morning to get it repaired. After sedation, she received her root canal and did fantastic. (During the procedure I received multiple updates on how she was doing - this place really is incredible!). Dr. Walsh repaired her tooth and we developed a plan for her dental health moving forward. When we were about to leave our daughter asked to speak to Dr. Walsh. (Without prompting) She was able to thank Dr. Walsh. She told him, "Thank you Dr. Walsh you gave me my smile back. Before I was embarrassed and had no confidence so I never smiled. You are my favorite. Thank you for giving me back my smile." This made me tear up - my girl was no longer in pain, and was showing genuine gratitude to this team of amazing angels. Thank you Advanced Endodontics of Texas. We are forever grateful. Highly recommend this amazing office.

Everyone I had contact with was super friendly. Dr. Walsh and his assistant were awesome! I did not feel pressured. He gave me all my options and made sure I was doing ok throughout the entire treatment. Would recommend to anyone I know. Thank y'all so much for taking care of me today.

Exceeded my expectations for sure! Dr. Walsh and his assistant were amazing from start to finish. I had a root canal retreatment done and it was pain free and over in no time. Dr. Walsh went over everything before the treatment and during he kept me updated on what he was doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

Should you need their services, this is the place to go. Dr. Walsh was thorough in his pre-treatment explanation and then keep me informed of his progress the entire time he was doing the work. (Plus, they have great music.). Highly recommend. No offense to AET but I hope not to need you again, but if I do this is the only place I'm coming to.

No thanks to my teeth, I have had the opportunity to have several root canals performed at Advanced Endodontics. I have seen all the doctors and, along with their staff, they are amazing. We all hear about the horrors of root canal but it is not true. No pain and the easiest of experiences. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Attar and his staff did a fabulous job of explaining each step in the root canal procedure. They were very attentive to my needs and made it pain free. Amazingly, he was able to do the root canal through the top of my current crown and then rebuild the tooth so that I didn't have to remove the old crown and get a new crown. Wonderful! I e already recommended them to a friend!

From the beginning to the end...a wonderful experience. Text reminders. Phone calls to offer advice and financial options. Beautiful office and the staff was genuine and kind. They all took time to explain procedures, suggestions and treatment. Dr Walsh was such a pro and so incredible today. Oh...and this was my first visit. It was actually after a previous failed procedure with another clinic so I was skeptical. My worries are gone. Thank you all....I will send you ALL my friends!

What a great team at Advanced Endodontics! Dr. Walsh was very attentive, highly professional and took as much time as needed to answer all of our questions. They use the latest equipment, and I had no discomfort during the procedure. I would recommend anyone requiring root canal or other oral surgeries to visit and be taken care of by the team.

My daughter has had two root canals with Dr Attar at Advanced Endodontics over the last few years. Dr Attar is by far one of the most caring, communicative and professional dentists I've encounter. My daughter could be considered a difficult patient that required oral conscious sedation and Dr Attar and his team were very accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. Dr Attar was great in explaining every detail and made sure I was comfortable and the process was as painless as possible. Follow up appt for minor adjustment went very well and happy that they could fit me in their schedule with weather issues.

The staff at this office were very attentive to my concerns about having a root canal! They set aside my anxiety and made me comfortable throughout the procedure! The entire procedure was pain free and uneventful! I would highly recommend them to friends and family!
