They are the most rude and unprofessional group of people I have ever see in my life. Very nasty and aggressive staff who show no consideration for privacy of your protected health information or your health care. Literally the dentist and office manager were yelling at patients in the lobby over a billing question. There also is no privacy for treatment either. Save your money and dignity by not letting these shady people near you or your loved ones.

Just a few thing to consider before allowing this facility to work on you. 1. You are forced to wear a mask while their staff walks in without one 2. Parents, they won't allow you to go back with your child. This came straight from the head doctor. 3. They make you prepay and they will refund you once your insurance pays. So, they can double dip. 4. They don't work with nervous people. They just get rid of you. No thanks.

Dr. Orrantia is very knowledgeable, nice and gentle with taking care of my root canals. The staff is nice and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend coming here.

My daughter needed root canals, they said they took our insurance and it would cost approximately $100 per tooth, when we went back for another tooth they said the insurance didn't pay and I owed approx. $1000 per tooth! I was stuck with over a $4000 bill! They would not even discount it.

i was so scared about having a root canal considering it was my first time but i literally felt nothing! i don't remember what the name of the dr who did it but he was so nice and told me everything that was being done. He was super reassuring and if i EVER need another root canal ill be going here.

What a nice place. Staff was so polite and friendly. My doctor, Dr. Waltz, was totally professional as was his assistant. His assistant does a wonderful job keeping the exam room clean and fresh and keeping things on track. I would use them again and recommend them!

I had a very bad toothache ended up at the dentist. They referred me to this office to get a eval of the tooth. They were able to get me in quickly which I was super thankful for since the pain I was having was unbearable. The doctor came took a look and explained what was going on and was able to treat me right away. His assistant Kelly was super nice and kind as well. They both put me at ease (i have a fear of dental work haven't had the best experience). I had nothing to worry about! From start to finish it was great! Would recommend to anyone needing work done!

Excellent service! Doctor, Assistant, and staff were all amazing. During the root canal procedure they kept me at ease, to the point I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend.

I had some pain and nerve issues that my dentist could not identify so he referred me to Dr. Waltz. After an evaluation, Dr. Waltz could not positively say a root canal would actually solve the problem. He found a tiny cavity that may have been contributing to my pain. And he didn't want to do a root canal without knowing it was the proper procedure. His honesty sent me back to my dentist who filled the small cavity and low and behold, it worked! Dr. Waltz could have gone ahead and done his procedure but it would have been too aggressive. Thank you Dr. Waltz for your honesty and integrity. When/if I need a root canal I will definitely be in your chair.

I just got my first root canal here and I was very pleased, Dr. Denitto explained everything and made me very comfortable and most of the staff were friendy and helpful. Also, I was so nervous because people make root canals sound TERRIBLE (and I have always had anxiety when it comes to dental work) but it really was not that bad at all. I will definitely be coming back here if I need any more root canals done in the future!

Excellent service!! Dr. Michael Orrantia is very experienced, professional and empathetic dentist. Had a great time during my visits. Excellent staff and technicians. I would definitely recommend This clinic.

I when to Dr 5 years ago to do my Root canal he did a excellent job never had a problem now I back to do a next tooth I recommend any one you will not regret

Dr. Orrantia is phenomenal! I was nervous about my 1st root canal & he put me right at ease. He handled me with care (like he would his own family members) and I cannot say thank you enough for that! If you find yourself needing a root canal, go see him!

I highly recommend!! I was seen by Dr. Waltz who was fast and made me feel comfortable. I was really worried about the needle part but didn't feel a thing.

Was just in yesterday for another emergency root canal. This is my 2nd time working with Dr.Denitto at Advanced Endodontics, mind you that it's also the 2nd time I went in while pregnant. I was in the ER Thursday night for severe tooth pain that wouldn't go away, and by 10:30am the next morning, they had scheduled me in. At first, Dr.Denitto said that he thought the terrible pain I was having was from my wisdom tooth (in which they don't do extractions). I was so upset thinking that I'd have to deal with the pain until I got in with my primary dentist. But Dr.Denitto reviewed the X-Rays over and over and decided that I needed a root canal on a tooth 2 away from that back wisdom. So instead of sending me home after addressing the wisdom, Dr.Denitto stayed persistent in trying to figure out where my pain was coming from. He performed an absolutely pain-free root canal on me in such a short time. I was so scared since they can't use the "good" and "lasting" local anesthesia on me since I'm expecting. And 8 hours after the root canal, I'm PAIN FREE!!!! No more terrible throbbing and rolling over in bed. I'm so grateful I went in and got to work with this passionate Dr. again! I will be going to him for my next root canal (#3 with Dr.Denitto).

I entered the office for the first time on Tuesday, 6/29 at 4:15pm, for what I thought was a root canal. The receptionist charged me $115 for an "evaluation". I stated that I was there for a root canal. She stated its almost 5, we close at 5, everyone is busy with surgeries. Well, I guess the doctor heard this conversation and saw my disappointment, and referred me to maybe just to have the surgery and get it over with. Well, I did want it and wanted it over with, but I felt bad for the doctor and the assistant. He made it clear, if I wanted the surgery, we need to get going and get it done, he did not mind at all. I was so happy, in an hour I was finished, the doctor and assistant were magnificent!!! I can't remember being so happy and enthusiastic about anything! Supurb!!! I will be sending a thank you of special thanks to these wonderful people!!
