I was a bit nervous to get a procedure done from people I had never known before, but everyone at Advanced Endodontics was very kind and comforting. Though I was nervous, Dr. Kaplan made me feel very safe and did a great job helping me heal quickly and efficiently.

Our daughter at Loyola Chicago developed an infection in a crown two weeks into a new school year and was in excruciating pain. We had to quickly find a dentist from afar (we live in Minneapolis, MN), then get a referral to a reputable endodontist to perform root canal treatment. Emotions were running high for me and my daughter being 6.5 hours away from each other knowing she needed help quickly from someone we could trust. Dr. Kaplan was incredible from start to finish. He consulted with her and was focused on her experience- asking questions, sharing information and gave her options of how to proceed when he could see she was in pain but extremely anxious about the procedure. In fact, after his evaluation with her, he called me to share his recommendations and reassure me which allowed me to calm her. When he performed the root canal treatment,he was focused on her experience, administering the Novocaine in stages, taking time to check-in with her. The procedure was successful and perhaps more importantly, her experience, as a 19 year-old without family support nearby, was excellent. Dr. Kaplan has an incredible balance of being an outstanding endodontist while genuinely caring for his patients, focused on providing an excellent healthcare experience. Who takes the time to write a 5-star review on a root canal? We do! We highly recommend Dr. Kaplan at Advanced Endodontics of Chicago- Far North Office. Thank you Dr. Kaplan for your care for our daughter.

Dr. Patel was great. He explained the root canal procedure patiently. He ensured very little pain would be experienced with the tooth prep for the procedure. Office staff was great too.

The experience I had was far better than I had expected Dr. Patel did an amazing job on doing my root canal he explained everything to me in detail and was very patient I didn't feel any slight pain during the procedure would highly recommend this location and would definitely come here again if needed

Not sure why there isn't more reviews about this place, but my visit with doctor Patel was amazing, went in for a root canel, doctor patel was very professional, everyone hates going to places that have to do with your teeth especially myself. He was very knowledgeable, very considerate if I felt any pain during the procedure & I did at one point, it was fixed immediately. He walks you through everything that is happening, He just genuinely cares & is very good at his practice. The place was clean,staff were very nice. Highly recommended! Hopefully I wont need another root canal any time soon but if I do this is the place..Thank-you doctor Patel

I went to Advanced Endodontics of Chicago - Far North for an emergency root canal and I was amazed by the friendliness and professionalism from everyone starting with the receptionist all the way to the Dr who was great. Root canal is not fun but they made it a non-event. Thank you

Very very Covid friendly! I felt very safe AND comfortable! Dr. Patel did an amazing job at explaining everything (from beginning to end). Dr. Patel was also very forthcoming about the entire procedure.

I was nervous bing a first time root canal patient but I was surprised at how everything turned out. Dr. Patel was awesome. He is so easy to talk to and keeps you informed of every step of the procedure. If every Dr. had the so-called bed side manners and professionalism that Dr. Patel displayed I think most people wouldn't be afraid to go to a Dentist. I was also very happy with the staff that made my visit so easy and seamless. I want to thank everyone at Advanced Endodontics Far North for being Great!

I had gone in for a Root Canal and the experience was above any expectations I could have had. I was first greeted by the receptionist who was so kind. The assistant to Dr.Haxhia, Karla, was by far the best I have ever had. She not only was kind and welcoming but she was so well-versed and was able to answer my questions. I do not have enough good things to say about Dr. Haxhia. From the moment that she came into the exam room, she had such a welcoming glow about her. She continually checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing alright, and prior to was very well at explaining the procedure to me. I really appreciated that Dr.Haxhia took the time to answer any and all of my questions.You can really tell that she truly cares about her patients and has your best interest in mind. If you have any anxiety about the dentist or having a root canal done, I would highly recommend Dr.Haxhia!

I dreaded getting a root canal, but I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kaplan. It was a little sore, but nothing like the pain I anticipated. He's a friendly guy and his office staff is excellent. I could not be happier with my experience.

Dr. Patel and Tania made an incredibly uncomfortable root canal experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Patel explained the process throughout and Tania was so comforting (thank you!!!). My root was pretty angry and I sure made my team work hard but they worked as quickly as possible and did a stellar job!!

Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Patel are so compassionate, and understanding, they call you back whenever you have a question. The entire team here is just great, the assistants were just as important, thank you for being so kind to me. I appreciate finding them and making them my go to Dentist. Thanks Team! Mouth pain is the worst and they will make sure you are 100% ok before you step out their doors. The Dentist I Trust.
