Dr. Davenport was born and raised in the South suburbs of Chicago. He decided very early on to pursue a career in dentistry, but still cultivated his passion for the saxophone, attending Augustana College on a music scholarship with a major in Biology and minor in Biochemistry. After graduating Summa Cum Laude, Dr. Davenport attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. While at Harvard, Dr. Davenport conducted research on the impact of autoimmune diseases, such as lupus and multiple sclerosis, on oral health. Dr. Davenport completed a residency in Endodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and, after several years of private practice, founded Advanced Endodontics of Chicago in 2010. He previously served as an Associate Clinical Professor in UICs Department of Endodontics. Outside of the office, Dr. Davenport is an avid golfer and traveler. He lives with his wife and three children in the Western suburbs of Chicago.
Dr. Haxhia received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in French from Saint Louis University. She attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed a one-year General Practice Residency in New Jersey. Dr. Haxhia then worked as a general dentist in the Chicago area for several years before deciding to pursue her passion for endodontics. Dr. Haxhia completed a residency in Endodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry degree at the Marquette University School of Dentistry. While she was a resident, Dr. Haxhia was published in the Journal of Endodontics for her research in endodontic non-surgical vs surgical retreatment. Dr. Haxhia is a part-time clinical adjunct faculty in the Marquette University Endodontics Department, where she teaches both pre-doctoral and post-doctoral endodontic residents. Dr. Haxhia is currently a Board Eligible Endodontist and is working toward her ultimate goal of becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. Outside the office, Dr. Haxhia loves to travel, is an avid foodie, and enjoys being in nature, especially close to water.

Had terrible nerve pain and needed an emergent root canal. They were able to fit me in same day and I had a PAINLESS root canal with Dr Haxhia. I can't thank them enough!

I was referred by another dentist to Dr. Davenport for a root canal. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a dental office and Dr. Everyone was very kind and personable, you can tell they really care about their patients comfort. The work they do is top tier and my root canal was virtually painless (only a little sore after from the numbing shots). Still can't feel the left side of my mouth, which is a blessing after a procedure like that. Very professional and welcoming team.

I hate going to the dentist, worse I'm scared because of past experience. Dr Patel was kind and wonderful and talked me thru the entire process. Usually getting shots in the mouth would be a terrifying and painful process, he practically made it painless. If you need extensive dental work and surgery I highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff. He puts you at ease and I didn't feel judged for having horrible teeth. He asked me many times if I consented to the treatment plan which I wholly appreciate. The office used technology that didn't feel like it was from the medieval times. It was also aesthetically nicely decorated.

This is a great practice. I had Dr. Patel who was kind, professional, and well informed. I was so nervous the dentist who referred me thought I would need to be put to sleep lol. Before I could even share my concerns regarding the tooth that eight years ago I tried again and again to get fixed but I still felt pain even after they said it was numb, He informed me the tooth was hard to put to sleep. He went through in details the steps he would take to ensure I felt no pain. Day of, he took an hour just to patiently make sure my tooth was completely numb. The actual procedure took only 30 minutes and I didn't feel a thing! He was patient and informative- answered all of my questions. He talked to me as we waited for the tooth to get numb. I am so relieved and happy. I have confidence to go to the dentist again.

Awesome experience! I have had two root canal's done by dr Davenport, both times he was kind and patient with me. I can be kind of a cry baby when getting shots but he explained the whole process. He was great the entire team is awesome. I recommend anybody looking to get a root canal to go see him you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Corden and her assistant Tania are amazing! Pain free and pleasant are the best way to describe the treatment you get in this office! If you need a root canal I highly recommend coming to this office for your endodontic needs.

Dr. Davenport and his team are the real deal. The Advanced Endodontics team made me feel so informed and comfortable with an otherwise unpredictable situation. Dr. Davenport was able to identify a not so common issue and thoughtfully prepared a plan of action. Let's be honest - no one wants to get a root canal or surgery on their teeth, but Advanced Endodontics is where you want to be when you need it!!

Beautiful office, very clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and kind. I Had two root canals done by Dr. Corden who has a very pleasant and caring demeanor. The procedure was painless with no discomfort. I enjoyed my visit here, everyone was awesome!

Great care and modern equipment throughout. The best part is that this team makes endodontics fun. Everyone is friendly, laughing and enjoying themselves. It is contagious and really makes the visits enjoyable. Dr Davenport is tremendous, I fully recommend this place for your care.

I've never had a root canal and quite frankly never wanted one because they sounded scary but after my root canal at Advanced Endodontics in downtown Chicago I had zero pain!!! The endodontist even told me the procedure was a little tougher than expected and he had to shave away some gum...sounds horrifying...and after taking a few ibuprofen when I got home just in case I never needed anything else! This whole office is top notch...highly recommend!!!

WOW!!!! Most people dislike going to the dentist for anything. I actually find it relaxing. After discovering at Chicago Styles Smiles that I had a bad tooth, I was referred Advanced Endodontics. The staff here was phenomenal in all aspects!!! And with the way I play around, they were more than eager to join in. Docc made sure that my trip there for a root canal would be remembered as pleasant and entertaining. GREAT SERVICE and I would highly recommend them if their services were ever needed

I had root canal on my tooth (number 14). I received excellent treatment, In my opinion, this place justifiably deserve high ranking. The scheduling of my root canal was easy, finding parking was not too bad, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere very pleasant. What's more, the procedure didn't hurt at all just a bit uncomfortable.

I had a root canal with Dr. Davenport to internally bleach a tooth that had gotten dark over 10 years ago. I thought there was nothing that could be done. He was professional, courteous, amiable and patiently explained the process to me. I am BEYOND pleased with the results!! I only wished I did it sooner! Highly recommend.
