Dr. Chen comes to work every day to instantly relieve his patients from tooth pain. He works to make every root canal better, faster, and more pain-free than the last. His dedication to excellence is fueled by his desire to solve problems and design new ways to execute solutions for his patients. Staying up to speed with advancements in pain-control and endodontic technologies enables him to raise the bar, save natural teeth, and provide stress-free root canals to his patients in Central Florida.
Dr. Chen inspires young endodontists at Harvard University and within our practice. His pursuit of personal and professional growth has grown not only our practice, but drives our entire team to grow as well. He volunteers with Feeding Children Everywhere, Ronald McDonald House, and provides charity dental work to underserved communities multiple times each year.
Dr. Chen is a member of the American Association of Endodontics and the American Dental Association. He was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for teaching at Harvard Dental School from 2004 to 2019.
When hes not working, Dr. Chen enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Charity, and his adorable children, Chloe and Aiden. He spends his free time singing karaoke, learning wing chun, practicing archery, and collecting swords. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
Dentistry runs in Dr. Alcaldes family and after seeing the immediate, positive impact of the root canal procedure, he decided that endodontics was right for him. Preventing pain, saving teeth, and recovering an infected tooths function fuels Dr. Alcaldes passion for endodontics. This inspires him to seek out the best, most effective ways to provide his patients long-lasting relief. He enjoys volunteer work and contributes his time and skill to the Connecticut Mission of Mercy, Florida Mission of Mercy, and Project: Dentist Care in Fort Myers, Florida.
Dr. Ryan Brennan is passionate about relieving his patients pain and saving their natural teeth. Endodontics challenges him every day to improve his clinical skills and provide the highest level of care possible.
Along with being a full-time endodontist, Dr. Brennan volunteers at the Florida Mission of Mercy and participates in Dentistry from the Heart events. During his fellowship at The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Los Angeles Chapter, he established two free dental clinics in which dental students provide free dental care to patients in need in the Los Angeles area. Both the Homeless not Toothless and MEND (Meet Each Need with Dignity) organizations are still operating and serving their respective communities. Further, during his undergrad at UCLA, he organized eight mission trips to Honduras to provide advanced dental services to communities in need.
Dr. Brennan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a part of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. His passion for providing excellent dental services has not gone unnoticed. He is a recipient of the AAE 2016 Poster Clinic Award, the 2014 ADA Certificate for International Volunteer Service, the International College of Dentists Leadership Award, and the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry Comprehensive Patient Care Award.

I can't say enough great things about the staff and Dr. Mahmoud Mona! Very welcoming, caring, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very comfortable. I never had a root canal before and I was frightened. This entire office made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend this office! Thank you!

I was very nervous walking in here. They really put my mind at ease and were very caring/compassionate. Nikki was my hygienist and she was fantastic. She knew I was nervous and really worked to keep me entertained and my mind off the root canal! The Dr. was great as well and really made me feel at ease as well. If you have to have a root canal I would highly recommend Advanced Endodontics!

I have had so many bad experiences with different dentist while growing up that left me traumatized. I cannot even sit on the chair without start shaking of anxiousness. I had to get my root canal done and was mortified going in but Dr.Yang was very patience with me from the beginning she set clear expectations and ensure i was comfortable along the way. I just want to say thank you for everything, i really appreciate you for being so nice.

Very unhappy with the "policies" and their obsession with payment. They would not fax a registration form to me to fill out before my appointment. They said I had to use the portal on the website which I told them I was able to do that. They said I had to come in and do it. I came in and filled out the paperwork/registration. I asked for a copy of everything I filled out. They would not print a copy for me. They said it would take 24 hours before getting approval for them to give me a copy. They said I could drive back the next day to pick it up. I don't want to drive 40 minutes back to the office. They said they would mail it to me. They were obsessed with payment before seeing the doctor. They even pre-planned my treatment cost, again before seeing a doctor, which was told to me at the front desk. They don't take personal checks. I told them I would be paying cash after seeing the doctor. They would not do that and said "the policy" is payment prior to seeing the doctor. Needless to say, I did not stay and will be going to a different office for treatment.

Check in process was easy. Process was great. Work went well. Dr. Ren was great and sow as the assistant Rehema. While I hope to not need another root cannel, if I do, I would go back here and to Dr. Ren.

I had a great experience start to finish here. I was welcomed with a gift bag. The front desk staff, nurse, and doctor were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. I didn't need a root canal treatment but if I ever do I will definitely be coming back here.

I went to Advanced Endodontics for a consultation as part of a recommendation by my dentist for a possible root canal procedure. The endodontist conducted an exam and suggested that a root canal is not necessary at this time. He carefully explained everything about my condition and indicated that monitoring and follow-up would be the recommended process at this time. I was impressed by the fact that he didn't simply do a root canal and instead opted for a course of treatment that was in my best interest rather than one that would generate more revenue for the practice. Beyond that, the office was high tech and modern, the endodontist was professional and was easy to talk to. I Highly recommend Advanced Endodontics.
