These people will never see me back at their office again... let's start by the way they receive you definitely not friendly at all with attitude makes you feel unwelcome as soon as you get there, then when the dr sees my son she speaks to him like he's an adult and is able to make any decisions on his own, he's a minor clearly she should be directing to me , she tells my son "listen to me mom is not the dentist my assistant and I are , mom will be outside in case you don't finish the procedure we will still be charging and incomplete therapy fee of $375 " ...long story short my son was frightened even more with the way she was explaining the procedure to him ,he himself said I don't want to ever come back here.

Best service ever! I arrived with a lot of pain from my root canal and I was very nervous. From the staff to the doctor, everyone helped me get through this situation. After 2 hours there, my fear and pain went away! I HIGHLY recommend.

My 10 year old child needed a root canal and I called several offices and no-one will take kids under 14. This office was the only one to accommodate and I am very happy with the service my child received. I am very thankful that I was able to solve my Child's problem. Thank you Dr. Epelman!!!

My husband was referred by his dentist to do a root canal. His general dentist started but was not able to complete it which is why they referred him to an endodontist. When we got to the office, they made my husband wait 2 hours before they were able to see him because they were having systems issues and were unable to verify his dental eligibility. My husband called his insurance twice and they confirmed he is covered but this office needed to wait for a fax to be sent and additional info. After waiting 2 hours, they called him in and took 2 x-rays which he had to pay $220 for out of pocket. After all that, they told him they pretty much can't do anything more than the General dentist did so the whole visit was a waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I agree with the other reviewer. We should be allowed to leave NO stars!! My kids mom scheduled this appointment & I can't figure out why for the life of me! They were an hour late for my sons appointment. Didn't say a word. No apology. No explanation. Once they started working on my son, they kicked me out of the room. Now I'm forced to stand outside the door & hear him scream. When I texted my ex, she says they were rude to her on the phone. I would have NEVER come here. Their bed side manner is TERRIBLE & they are TERRIBLE with kids & parents.!! They show NO empathy. Really.. NO STARS!! Don't bring your kids here! This is the first dental office that wouldn't let me stay with my kid. EVER!!!

We should really be allowed to leave no stars. I went in for my son and the lady at the front was being rude. I asked her politely if she could please be kind as she started screaming at me to not tell her what to do. I even proceeded to let her know my mother just passed the day before and I was only asking her to be kind and she started screaming even louder to not disrespect her. I was in absolute shock as I didn't say anything in a wrong way but simply as for kindness. I am in complete disbelief a person can treat someone else this way. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

The worst customer service and they do not speak fluent English. I sent them an email and i never got a reply. They charged me for work that was never done and i am now fighting these charges. I have Insurance and they want to charge us for $236.00 for consultation

I called to make a appointment for a root canal they were able to get me in quick the receptionist was very polit, on the day of my appointment I walked in the staff was very friendly always making sure I felt comfortable. Receptionist went over my insurance plan so no surprises. My nurse was Rita she was very professional and gentle. I get very scared at the dentist but she made me feel so comfortable walked me through the whole process and when it came to the Xray's she did them quick, when I wasn't comfortable she did not get frustrated she was patient with me. Doc Epelman was Great, she has gentle hands made the process fast and easy. I wish I could've found this place sooner what a great experience.

Very bad place to go Dentist work.. The lady at the front desk was very rude.. She was rude to me and my son.. She threw the clipboard at me and was disrespecting my son.. I dont advise nobody to come here to get dental work.. They will get treated very badly

Root Canal!!?! Oh no! Well, OK, This must come to everyone's mind when they get this dreadful diagnosis. Well, if Dr Dorra is your dentist, you have no need to worry! I immediately liked her, during the consultation. She was, kind , patient, funny and relateable. She was especially sympathetic in my situation as, my needing a root canal was the result of my tooth being damaged in an accident. Having had a root canal before, I wasn't excited about re-living that painfull experience. I honestly believed that my experience with Dr. Dorra would be different. When I read her credentials, I was even more convinced. After the consultation she prescribed medication to prep me for the upcoming procedure, scheduled for rthe following week. She also reassured me that the procedure would improve my situation and was nothing to worry about. On the day of the procedure, with wobbly knees, I went in. Both Dr. Dorra and her assistant made me so comfortable. During the procedure the doctor explained the process and constantly checked in with me. Whiile I'm no dentist, I felt that she was very thorough in prepping my tooth, checking in intervals with x-rays and giving me follow up care guidelines. I felt no pain during the procedure and went back to work afterwards. Here it is a day later and I remain pain free. If ever you need to have a Root Canal, Dr. Dorra will take good care of you!
