What an enjoyable experience for something I had dreaded. Everyone was so friendly, explained the root canal process, and eased my mind. They got me in quickly. It was completely painless! Highly recommend this office

From the moment I called I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist was very sweet and understanding as I was in so much pain I was near in tears. They were able to squeeze me in same day in the afternoon and even apologized for not getting me in sooner; I was grateful to even get in same day! Dr. Thai and co. were friendly, quick, and efficient. I felt absolutely nothing during my emergency root canal. (seriously) A weeks worth of pain gone in an instant. I am so happy to have been able to get relief but also to have had a good experience in the meantime. Thank you!

I called Advanced Endo to schedule an appt for a root canal. They made me wait 3 weeks for my appointment. I called them a day before to confirm, as they never reached out to me. They tell me that I have been completely removed from their schedule. I asked what happened and was told "people make mistakes Steven" with a very nasty tone. They offered me to come in and wait all day as they were booked. It is absolutely disgusting to treat people like that. It's one thing to lose a reservation, which shows a complete lack of competency on the staff's part. To also be unsympathetic to an issue they caused shows a total lack of customer service on top of it. Too bad Google won't let anyone post zero star reviews because there are clearly zero stars working at Advanced Endodontic Associates.

Dr. Pellicano and his staff were amazing. Words cannot express how grateful I am for them. I have had a significant amount of dental work and this is by far the best experience I have had. Dr. Pellicano was so kind and understanding. He is truly an expert in his field and should I need any further help, he will be the only doctor I will see for future procedures. I highly recommend him. They all really care about their patients!

This was the 3rd office I called but the first to put me on an emergency list for the next day. They prepared me for a long wait which I was more than willing to accept but got me in about 20 mins after my arrival time. Better yet? The entire staff was incredibly pleasant and a general cleaning is more painful than the root canal. Highly recommend!

They work magic! Pain free kind magic. I needed a root canal that others said couldn't be done and I that I should pull it and get an implant. This magician took one look at my X-ray and did not flinch. I received a very intricate root canal, but most importantly they saved my natural tooth!! I highly recommend!! You know they're good when it takes 3 wks to get an appointment!! Well worth the wait!!

It was very quick, not rushed, but thorough and speedy. It was a pleasant experience with Dr. Apolito and the assistant Leanna was excellent. 10 out of 10!

I had an emergency calcification root canal 2 weeks ago, which apparently is rare and challenging. I was in excruciating pain prior to having the procedure and had to wait until my permanent filling to be placed yesterday to be completely pain free. Dr. Pelicano said he had never seen a case like mine and still did an excellent job! He eased my anxiety and didn't give up. My dentist was very pleased with his work as well because he had never had a case like mine as well. Thank you so much Dr. Pelicano, I feel 100% better because of you!

Had to have an emergency root canal earlier today. I was in a great deal of pain and had no sleep last night. I called my dentist and he recommended Advanced Endodontic Associates. I called around 9am this morning, they were able to take me at 12:30pm! The staff was so efficient and friendly, and Dr. Thai was incredible. I never had a root canal before and I'm not exaggerating when I say that I felt ZERO pain during the entire procedure. Not even the novocaine injections. I was in and out within an hour. Since the novocaine wore off, I really haven't had that much residual pain either. Nothing some Advil isn't handling anyway. I seriously cannot recommend them and Dr. Thai enough! Thanks so much.

I usually don't write reviews but I saw Dr.O for root canal retreat. She did a wonderful job along with great bedside manner. I felt no pain and was checked on throughout the procedure. Thank you ! Her assistant was great as well. Very personable.

I saw Dr. Ostrometskaya for a root canal on my front K9 tooth. I was in and out within an hour and felt absolutely nothing All I can say is that she was amazing! She was very thorough, professional and clearly extremely competent. Dr. Ostrometskaya explained anything I asked (and I ask lots of questions). Debbie at the front office was great too. Obviously, we all hope we never need another root canal, but if I or my family ever need an Endodontist we found our spot. Overall, easily a 5 star experience!

Tina and Dr. Apolito took very good care of me from the moment I sat in the chair. I was very nervous, as some people often are. They made feel comfortable and did what they needed to, all the while making me laugh at their witty banter back and forth to one another. I was not in any pain and before I knew it, they were done and I was on my way. Everyone was very caring and professional! Thank you !!!!

Today I had an emergency root canal with Dr. Thai. Dr Thai and her assistants were wonderful. I was in so much pain when I arrived, but I left pain free. The office personnel were kind and friendly. The office asked me to submit all referral and registration paperwork, and then would not give me an appointment due to having covid symtoms 2 weeks ago! This is against CDC and WHO guidelines. :(
