I wish I could give a negative star rating. I called for a emergency appointment and was treated so rude . Debbie needs to fix her attitude before she comes in the office .. I will never go this office . I hope the doctors here know how she speaks to potential patients .

This practice is truly a Godsend. My experience there was simply the easiest and best dental procedure I've ever had, and it was an "emergency" root canal on the weekend! Dr. Zohn made it seem all so routine. He diagnosed the problem immediately, explained the situation thoroughly, and told me in detail how the procedure would be performed. His calming and friendly demeanor was extremely reassuring which put me completely at ease. The procedure itself was performed with absolutely no pain, and I mean none! I don't know how he did it, but he even administered the numbing medication where I didn't realize he had done so! Just unbelievable! His skills and abilities are truly expert. I live out of state with a home at the shore. I was in severe pain and didn't know where to go, but saw online they were open on Saturdays. I called and the office attendant Heather was not only gracious and helpful, but so accommodating and said a doctor could be called in for the emergency that morning. I was scheduled immediately, and in an hour, I was there for the procedure. It was an answer to a prayer! This practice is excellent and highly recommended. Thank you. Called office twice on the same day after emergent root canal surgery with concerns of severe to extreme discomfort. Based on a scale of 1 to 10, I relayed that my discomfort was a 10. I was told from secretarial staff (Christine) that they would call me back. My second call I was in such severe pain I was crying. Dr. Thai did not have the courtesy to call me back herself to triage my severe pain. Message from Dr. Thai was relayed to me by her secretarial staff to continue advil and tylenol. As a Medical Professional myself, I would have at the least called my patient back to assess that there were no serious complications and especially to assure my patient.

Let me start out by saying that I called at 9 am for an emergency and was in a chair by 11. Utterly astounding. Dr. Apolito is nothing short of a master of his art. The ease of which he quelled my ailment was in itself a show. This guys humor and candor is unmatched, I felt like I was being entertained rather than getting my teeth drilled. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He actually cares about his work and especially his patients. He knows his stuff and it shows. The staff and assistants were gems as well. 100% recommend this place.

A wonderful practice. I have had 3 root canal treatments by Dr.Zohn, he is nothing short of an amazing Endodontist. I have actually drifted off into a nap a couple of times, I was so comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Zohn. Thank you so much!

Due to a situation at my regular dentist during a root canal, a piece of the "pin" for lack of terminology, was stuck in my root. Also, this was the third time he was trying to do the root canal and clearly he was not the man for the job. My dentist called for me being it was an emergency and right away I was in. I drove to the Ocean office and the office staff kindly greeted me and helped with my insurance information. It was not long that I was seen even though I did not have an appointment and was being seen as an emergency case. The lovely dental assistant (please forgive me I do not remember her name, I was a little stressed out) took the time to listen to me and was even able to reassure me I was now in good hands. She used a special scanner to see what was going on with this tooth and knew right away what had happened. Dr. Ostrometskaya then came in and realized I was upset and nervous and took the time to reassure me that this is what they do. Root canals. And darn were they good. They got right to business. The numbing worked (at my dental office he had tried this procedure theee times and each time he was unable to numb me all the way and yikes did that hurt beyond belief). But not here. I was probably numbed and material was used to specifically home in on the one tooth. The Dr. set to work and she emulated poise, confidence, and knowledge of what needed to be done. And she did it. And I was not in pain! The office even provided a print out for after care and a follow up appointment must occur due to the nature of the tooth and they even accommodated me as my insurance is running out this month. What a team. What a fantastic experience. So professional and yet compassionate. I am so happy my dentist called and I was able to experience the first time since this disaster of a procedure started a feeling that all will be well with this tooth. Thank you to Dr. Ostrometskaya team. I so appreciate it!!!!

The receptionists are absolutely rude and obnoxious. I called twice with acute pain with referral. They said that I can come in 3 hours or the next appointment is in 2 month. (I have two small children I couldn't come in three hours) When my dentist called they said that I'm not allowed to come back because I refused the appointments. By the attitude and rudeness it looks like the secretaries are running their business.

Wonderful experience! I was a nervous wreck for my first root canal! Dr Ostrometskaya was amazing! From the front desk, to the office manager (my friend Doreen!), to the Dr and her assistant Chelsea, every one was beyond nice and very reassuring that it would be quick and painless! I was so surprised at how quickly it was done (about 15 minutes)! I would highly recommend anyone needing an Endodontist to go here!

My son needed a root canal, Dr. Zohn and the entire staff were not only professional but also kind, caring, and helpful every step of the way. What an absolutely amazing practice. They made both of us feel comfortable and they took great care of my son. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Zohn.

The Advanced Endodontics team, and in my case lead by Dr. Zohn, were extremely professional, and 1000% capable. They are technically superior, but more than that, they communicate extremely well and walk you through your procedure so you can understand what you are dealing with, and therefore, you are more relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Zohn is a pro's pro and his support team does a great job too ! I am delighted to highly recommend Dr. Zohn and the Advanced Endodontics team !
