At Advanced Digital Orthodontics, orthodontist Robert Lopatkin, DDS, provides comprehensive orthodontic treatment to residents living in and around West Hempstead, Port Washington, Manhasset, Great Neck, Williston Park, New Hyde Park, Roslyn, New York, and throughout Nassau County.
Dr. Lopatkin brings more than three decades of experience in clinical practice. Over the years, hes encountered every type of malocclusion and enjoys tackling challenges that other orthodontists consider untreatable.
Individuals can access a variety of orthodontic treatments, including braces, clear braces, adult orthodontics, and Invisalign. Other methods of care include expanders, InBrace, surgical orthodontics, and prosthetic orthodontics.

Dr. Lopatkin is a great orthodontist. His Great Neck office was super easy to get to. He has a great bedside manner and made me feel at ease. Advanced Digital Orthodontics gave me the smile of my dreams.

Crooks. Payment for monthly Invisalign to be delivered and still being charged monthly while they cannot deliver their product. If you want to be told "it's within a contract" and the office can't do anything about that. Covid doesn't stop them from unwilling suspending a contract they are not fulfilling.

I had a wonderful experience here during my dental treatment for braces. The staffs are very friendly and provide help in every way possible. I would reccomend this place to everyone.

Dr. Lopatkin may be good for simple fixes. But if you need serious ortho work, this is not your guy. He put braces on me twice. Because first time he did not do a good job. I had to go back to him and show him misalignments. He put the braces on the second time, BUT burned my lip while doing so. Yes, he dropped teeth glue on my lip. You don't want to know how that hurts, and how much of my lip was burned. Best part: he did not even apologize. Then he only fixed easy fixes in my mouth. There are two HUGE problems in the back. Molers are vertical instead of horizontal. Dr. Lopatkin tried to fix that the easy way, with simple wire. Wire came out while I was eating. He took it out, and just never tried anything else again. He told me it could not be fixed. Now, due to this dental issue, few years later, I lost teeth and a lot of $$$, because this problem was not fixed. Finally, I sent to another orthodontist. Who explained the complicated set of procedures, that have to take place, in order to straighten my lower molers. Oh, and it costs $4,500. The same amount Dr. Lopatkin took, but never did the complete work that was required.

STAY AWAY! I was a patient of his from 2004 to 2015. 11 years in braces! Dr. Lopatkin never referrred me to a Prosthodontist like Dr. Gianoutsos and others at NYU and Columbia informed me was common procedure for ppl who suffer from Ectodermal Dysplasia. Dr. Lopatkin and his staff abused me and would taunt me. Linda and Jenny would constantly pester me. To make matters worse after I left, Columbia found root resorption on my teeth. Furthermore, I had to undergo more orthodontic work. I've been in braces again since 2016. Dr. Lopatkin did not use a TAD to move the upper canines something that my new Ortho did. My father has had to help me pay for my treatment. He's a 60 year old Cancer survivor. I've been dealing with a terrible depression due to his treatment. I see a therapist every week and a psychologist. Yes. When I told Dr. Lopatkin about this he said he didn't care and falsely accused me of attacking his staff. that's the type of person he is. Don't go to this man!!! I suspect that most of his other reviews are false. STAY AWAY!!!!

As a protective and concern mother , hands down to this place!!! As soon as you walk in the staff makes you feel at home and comfortable. The staff is very attentive. It's a great place for your kids to have treatment not only because you feel comfortable and welcome but because the doctors really care about the patients. Love the coffee too!

I am extremely pleased with the service here. The staff is wonderful. Dr. V and Dr. Lopatkin are very professional and have made my experience a fond one. So grateful to have found this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for straighter teeth and a great smile.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. Everybody knows what to do as well. Have been to so many orthodontists and everyone didn't give me what I needed. Until I came here. They gave me exactly what I needed. Best Orthodontist I have ever seen!!!!

This place is fantastic. I can't believe the quality of doctors you get for this price! They have Ivy League trained dentists who teach at one of the best orthodontic programs in the city. Amazing staff and top quality care. It doesn't get better than this. I particularly love Dr. Varriale who is so caring, sweet, and knowledgable.

This is the best dentist in the world.They offer so many different colors for the braces and they let us have hot coco. They also give us tokens and let us have so many prizes. And they have the nicest people who work here.love it.it is amazing
