Absolutely terrible. Dr. Ovrutsky is rude and disgusting. When I would call to speak with someone at the front desk to make an appointment or to make changes to one, I was dealing with an answering service that never relayed the messages. I have nothing good to say about this office or this dentist and my advice would be to get your dental care literally anywhere else.

Dr. Ovrutsky is the best dentist I have ever been visited. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Ovrutsky is so talented, knowledgeable and skilled. His staff is professional, very friendly.The technology they use in this office is a remarkable. I would highly recommend they. Thank you, Doctor

The hygenist (I think her name was Irina) was so incredibly knowledgable and kind-hearted and the dentist was very congenial as well. Great place with great service, would definitely go again!

Such a great experience here at Advanced Dentistry of Rockland. I have spent years avoiding the Dentist due to bad experiences in the past at my old Dentist. Dr Ovrutsky made me feel 100% comfortable, from discussing the work I would need to get done as well as all the root canals and fillings I would need. Im actually terrified of needles but I must say Dr Ovrutsky is very gentle. He cares for his patients and it truly shows. Staff is friendly and kind as well. I will be recommending him to everyone I know 10/10.

Advanced Dentistry of Rockland county is the place to go. Dr. Ovrutsky he has the care and concern for their patients that any great dentistry office should have. Dr. Ovrutsy is wonderful. He is most talented and concerning of the patients and sure he has the proper care here. Doctor. Your work is amazing. My Teeth are beautiful again and I can't stop Smiling.

Dr Dimitri Ovrutsky is an excellent dentist. He helped me out in an emergency and was kind enough to take my insurance even though my insurance was not on his acceptance list. He knew I was scared and he always made sure that I was comfortable when I came for my cleanings and any work he had performed on my teeth. His Hygienists are awesome and kind. I had only one problem and it had nothing to do with the performance of the doctor and his assistants, it was just my insurance was a pain in the neck to deal with and so I was told by his biller that I am no longer welcomed to visit the office unless I paid out of pocket. I havent found a new dentist yet. I am beyond disappointed because Dr Dimitri and I were discussing fixing my front teeth that my previous dentist destroyed. I have been saving for the actual cosmetic work, but was relying on my insurance to cover the office visits as much as possible. I really trusted him and I am saddened that I no longer can have him as my dentist.

The worst service I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I don't have time to sue this office for the discrimination they did against me. The first time I went there for just cleaning, I didn't have any pain in my teeth, although that dentist sent a request with a lot of claims to my insurance. I figured out they had my brother's phone number, not mine - I gave it to him as an emergency contact, not the patient's number. I had asked them multiple times to correct it, but they continued calling him. The people at the front desk have terrible customer service, so I went to a different office. Fortunately, that happened before the root canal and the cap replacement because their diagnosis was completely wrong. The new dentist said the root canal that was requested, wasn't needed at all, and why they requested to replace a cap on a tooth that doesn't have a nerve, which is not supposed to be touched. All they care about is making money out of the patients.

My experience went above and beyond my expectations! From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the final walk out the door, I felt very well taken care of. During my consultation, the doctor really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained all procedures. I am absolutely happy with the result.

I have being seeing Dr. Ovrutsky for more than 15 years. I live in Brooklyn but willing to travel to Pearl River because of the exceptional service and very friendly atmosphere in the office. Dr. Ovrutsky is highly professional who is providing excelling service for both adults and children. Highly recommend for everyone.

Office staff was very friendly and welcoming and office was clean. I had a great experience with Dr. Ovrutsky! He explained everything in detail that I needed and felt very comfortable. My sister has gone to him for years and he has done great work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
