Dr. Ryan S. Lee, DDS, MPH, MHA, FAGD, FICOI, DIDIA is a double-fellowship credentialed dentist with postgraduate training in 1) implants, 2) sedation dentistry, 3) cosmetics, 4) adult braces/orthodontics, 5) snoring/sleep apnea, 6) oral oncology, and 7) full-mouth reconstruction. He lives in Canton, MA and is excited to serve the Providence, Riverside, and Barrington communities as your dental provider.
Aside from Advanced Dentistry of Rhode Island, Dr. Lee is currently chief of the Department of Oral Health atCambridge Health Alliance- CHA (Cambridge, MA). At CHA hospital, Dr. Lee is not only taking care of patients as a dentist but also lecturing/guiding Resident Doctors fromHarvard School of Dental Medicine(Boston, MA). Dr. Lee is also a Chief Medical Officer of New York Center for Dental Oncology(New York, NY). From 2012-2015, he served as Assistant Professor with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Radiology, and Medicine atNYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Lee completed his Doctorate fromNew York University, graduating with honors and having served as President of the American Student Dental Association. Subsequently, he completed a General Practice Residency atJersey City Medical Center(NJ), followed by a 2-year fellowship in Dental Oncology atMemorialSloan KetteringCancer Center(NY). Prior to clinical training, Dr. Lee obtained his bachelor's at Northwestern University(IL) and master's degrees atHarvard University(MA) andA.T. Still University(MO), focusing on public health policy and management.
Since 2010, Dr. Lee has also served the nation as a Major in the United States Army -Massachusetts Army National Guard. In 2012, he had the privilege of visiting the White House and also meeting the Surgeon General. In service to his community, he travels to Haiti and Northeast Asia 2-3 times per year to lecture at medical/dental schools, as well as to provide free dental care for the underserved. He is a member ofGrace Chapel(Lexington, MA) and sits on the board of ForHope International, a 501(c)3 charity committed to sustainable health improvement in Haiti. During the COVID-19 crisis, Dr. Lee was deployed to New York and Massachusetts to help the nation's emergency situations. For his admirable dedication during the COVID-19 crisis, Dr. Lee was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal by Brigadier General Virginia I. Gaglio, who is a Commander of the Massachusetts Air Force National Guard.

Dr Lee and his staff make everything easy for you and I will be back to update you on my upper and lower implants starting next month so I will keep you updated on the progress we will be making with Dr Lee and staff talk soon chow for now and today 6/28 was called in for impressions of my upper and lower gums so they can start to make my new teeth it is very exciting and I can't wait for the day to have the implants so I can eat apples peaches and corn on the cob that day is coming very soon and I will enjoy it for sure these people here are super duper A number one so far and just can't say much more than that well keep you posted on further developments so it was 7/30 and having the last of the lower implants being installed it was a little painful but through it all I knew they were knowable and they know their stuff so wait a few weeks let them implants heal and then start the upper implants once again Dr Lee staff kept me updated on what was going to happen next so after the next move I will have more to share on my great adventures getting implants update you soon

All the years we've been coming to this place this is the first time ever having a bad experience and my husband and I are both searching for another dentistry. The hygienist was very unprofessional and rough. I don't think she did as good a job as the hygienist we always have. One other thing we were called the night before with a very rude reminder. For instance "if you're not going to come let us know so we can put someone else your place". We did call and leave a message but no one seemed to have got the message. Alton and Patricia Patrick

I went there to take my aunt for her appointment, but I've been having tooth pain so I asked if they took new patients!!! Omg they took me rt in, everyone in this office made me feel so comfortable like I have never felt before in a dentist office.. I have definitely found a new dentist for life and will recommend to everyone..Thanks Again!!!

Advanced.Dentisty did a root canal and. Entered teeth by drilling hole in center 4 teeth And entering to do repairs I believe. I had Anesthesia since I don't remember much but I now have 4 of my back teeth done and just minor pain from tooth that had root canal that should go away soon I hope

I am ways afraid to go to the dentist. But advance dentistry of Rhode Island make me feel so comfortable. I had a few implants, I didn't have any pain , no bleeding, was up and running the next day. It's one and half hour away from my house but it's worth it

Absolute best staff! Each and every one of them is personable, nice, professional and very knowledgeable! Dr. Lee has given me so much of my confidence back and so very honest and just the best dentist out there! I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to straight anxiety so my teeth were awful and they just make you feel so comfortable and relaxed all while doing amazing work on your teeth!

I have always hated and feared visits to the dentist until I visited and met with Dr Lee. I needed several implants to correct some problems and Dr Lee explained everything in detail and put all my fears to rest. Not only is he very personable and understanding, he is an absolute expert in dentistry. I had major work done over a period of several months and he was with me all the way and never had a problem with the work he performed. In my opinion there is no one better than Dr. Lee and I will never go to anyone else. He's the best.

After phoning several offices of oral surgeons requesting an appointment and never hearing back from them, I received a phone call from Dr. Lee on a Friday and he set up an appointment for the following Monday! He also explained the cost of the procedure during that call. The staff and technicians and Dr. Lee were all helpful, courteous and friendly, making me feel at ease during the visit. They also promptly made my next appointment for Thursday of the same week.
