Dr.Batra Pallavi is the best doctor in Philadelphia hands down process was quick and painless. She assured me that I was in good hands and meant that every time I came everyone was so nice and respectful wonderful office wonderful associates and they really care about the health of your teeth. Have to come back 1 more time but each time was quick and painless

I have had great dental care at Advance Dentistry. The dentist,Dr Betra explained fully whay my dental needs were. After several years of attendance, I am pl with.pleased with my dental care. My only complaint has been with the scheduling of patients. I get an appointment that I intend to keep, and make it known to the staff that I will be there for it. Later the office staff will call to. confirm the appointment time. If I am not home to speak with them, my appointment is cancelled. This creates problems with my time as.well as the office..

I have been a patient since 2019. Dr. B has done my extraction, root canal, fillings and most recently an implant procedure. Every visit is very thorough, all my questions are answered and aftercare is mapped out in detail. X-rays and scans are done onsite so no need to travel anywhere else. I am a satisfied work in progress. They also accept and help you apply for care credit to cover cost for when insurance is maxed out.

Would not recommend if you're someone who needs anything more than routine cleanings.. I wanted to like this place because they're convenient to get to and the reviews were almost 5 stars, but after having been there 3 times now I'm not entirely sure the reviews are coming from people who haven't experienced amazing dentists, or if I just got unlucky with the days I went. 1.) I typically get the sense of a dentist money grabbing when they begin pushing me to remove wisdom teeth that I've never had an issue with, and never bother me. 2.) While getting cavities filled, the dentist was multitasking between 3 of us all lined up in rooms next to each other (maybe due to staffing?). After my cavities were filled I was left with an assistant who was grinding down the sides of my teeth (which I don't understand considering the cavities were in the center. 3.) Came back for a cleaning after the cavities were taken care of and realized how much more sensitive those teeth were than before. The dentist doing the cleaning told me that was expected after having cavities filled... it's been weeks now and the teeth feel sensitive even when I'm not eating/drinking anything. It just feels off.. You only get one final set of real teeth people, PROTECT YOUR MOUTH and make sure you're working with someone who actually cares about your dental health. Not just someone who is running through appointments for the day and can barely stop to say hello before looking into your mouth..
