I have been a patient of Dr Backer for several years. I mostly did routine checkups and minor work. Recently I had some major restoration done and the service and outcome was fantastic. Dr Baker is always very calm, friendly and his work is always very neat.

I was a patient of Dr. Backer for years in Brooklyn. I always received great service. I then moved to NJ. I decided to try to find someone local. I did and used this new dentist for about 6 months. The difference in attention to detail and expertise became pretty clear. Needless to say, I have returned to Dr. Backer despite the longer commute. Dr Backer takes pride in his work, has exceptional bedside manners (he really knows his patients on a personal level) and does exceptional work. He is by far the best dentist I have been to.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Backer for a number of years. He's an excellent dentist. He's caring and compassionate. We see him in Brooklyn & Jackson Heights. The whole team is friendly and capable.

It was my first time at his office, and I'm a person that doesn't like going to the dentist, but I have felt very comfortable during my visit. I will be going back in 6 months! Update: it was my second visit today, just like the first visit, I was very comfortable. The dentist really cares about very patient that comes in his office. The receptionist is very nice, even during covid time, the place is clean, they check your temperature before they see you. Dr Backer is the only dentist I have been to that does care about my teeth's health. If anyone is looking for a dentist, Dr Backer is one of the best ones in Queens.

Dr. Backer is truly an excellent dentist. My wife, my son and I have been patients of his for several years now and have consistently received superb services, visit after visit. He habitually walks you through his process and explains and/or answers any questions you may have. I have always had a really low tolerance for pain relative to dental procedures, yet he has a way of keeping me very calm, no matter how complex the procedure. Typically, I am totally unaware that he has rectified a particular matter because I wait for pain that never occurs. Over the years, I have grown to learn not to expect pain during his procedures. He is quite awesome and always pleasant. He is a six star dentist!
