As a dentist, it is a pleasure to care for down-to-earth individuals and to share in their lives through the years. I appreciate that we can trade jokes, talk about mountain bike trails, or celebrate a new a member of their family, all while in a dental office.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is having the ability to positively impact peoples lives. Whether relieving pain, offering practical education, addressing sleep disorders, or promoting overall health, with each interaction I can help people.
Dr. Brown grew up in Ogden, Utah. He attended Utah State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science. His Doctorate of Dental Medicine was awarded by Midwestern University in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dental school provided Dr. Brown with a solid foundational understanding of the science, medicine, and artistry of dentistry. However, the field like all areas of healthcare is constantly advancing. Ongoing research leads to new techniques, materials, and technologies, all of which may improve patient care, the dental experience, and results.
Through active continuing education, Dr. Brown stays at the forefront of the latest developments. In addition to studying changes in general dentistry, he has sought out specialized training that allows him to better serve his patients needs.
Dr. Brown has studied implant dentistry, as well as the use of dental lasers. Additionally, he has completed advanced training in sleep apnea, knowing that treating apnea helps preserve teeth while also allowing individuals to live longer and healthier lives.
Dr. Brown resides in McCall, Idaho, with his wife, Haley, and their dog, Rockwell. In addition to prioritizing time with loved ones, Dr. Brown loves exploring the outdoors. He can often be found on a mountain bike trail or a pair of skis.
Dr. Newton attended the College of Idaho before graduating from the Oregon Health & Science University with his dental degree in 1997. He has received advanced training in implant dentistry, orthodontics, and 3D radiography. His passion in dentistry is dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive same-day dentistry with CEREC crowns and bridges. Dr. Newton takes continuing education courses every few months in order to provide patients with quality care.
Dr. Newton makes it his goal to provide patients with the most recent advances in cosmetic and comprehensive dentistry with integrity, compassion, and care. If his patients need a dental implant, root canal, crown, veneer, or tooth extraction (including wisdom teeth removal), they can find it all at Dr. Newtons office.

The front desk was so welcoming and friendly. The office was clean and organized. The hygienist was excellent and educational and Dr. Brown was willing to spend the time explaining my situation in more detail than any of the other dentists I have been to in 50 years.

Fantastic dentist. Absolutely the best, most-welcoming, and pain-free dentist I have ever been to. First time I have ever felt comfortable at a cleaning or filling appointment. Dr. Brown and staff were great!

My experience with Dr. Brown easily surpasses any other dental experience I have had. It is difficult to get and keep me numb and I have spent most of my life terrified of the dental chair. Dr. Brown assured me that he could perform my needed root canals quickly and without pain. He not only delivered on that promise 4 times but after the first one I no longer needed anti-anxiety medicine. He is kind, skilled, patient and makes you feel at ease right away. I would never go anywhere else now that I have found this awesome doc! You will be a loyal patient instantly! His staff is also kind and skilled - they are all wonderful.

This office is so cute and my dentist was seriously awesome! I have always wanted to get veneers on two of my teeth that are smaller. I am SO happy that I came here because Dr. Brown made me feel very comfortable with my decision and they turned out beautifully. Now my smile is so big and bright, I love it! I must say, Dr Brown fixed by bite that had been "off" for over a decade, that missed by other dentists as far as treating malocclusion. I recommend him for dental care as he is familiar and educated in so many important fields associated in overall health!!

Dr. Brown and his staff have a very warm presence about them. They welcomed me by name when I entered and took care of me right away. The whole process for my cleaning and checkup was easy and made me grateful I found them. I will be returning and I can't recommend them enough!

I'm a repeat customer with Dr Brown. My first visit he saved my vacation by fixing an emergency chipped tooth. Since then, I've traveled from Utah for my dental work. He makes me feel relaxed and pain free while working on my teeth and that says a lot because I stayed away dentists before. And five plus plus stars for the the most beautiful veneers he made for my front teeth, (1 day procedure!) I love to smile now!

My Wife broke her tooth when we were vacationing in Idaho and we luckily found Dr Brown. He worked my wife in the same day and saved our vacation, furthermore he was nice enough to take a look at at a filling that was giving me some trouble. I first met Dr Brown when he was working in Grangeville and he repaired a broken tooth. And lucky for me he has relocated to McCall ID because he's the first dentist in years I felt confident in going back to, it has been totally worth the drive from Utah to McCall! Bonus stars for him, he did the most beautiful veneers for me in one visit and now I love smiling. His other procedures are quick and pain free.

I highly recommend Dr. Brown to everyone. He is very straight forward and detailed. He brings up things that are coming up with my teeth so I know what to expect in the future. He has a great sense of humor and really makes me feel comfortable. The office staff is warm and friendly...really a great place to have close to where I live. I broke my front tooth. I was so stressed out . Dr. Brown got me in right away and did a root canal, a cap and two veneers all in one day. Excellent work and his staff are very friendly. I recommend Dr. Brown to everyone that wants the most professional , quality dentistry .

Had a tooth break while vacationing in the area. Advanced Dentistry were able to squeeze me in where the other dentists in the area were not. Lucky me because these professionals do outstanding work. After an examination to see what damage was wrought by that wayward popcorn kernel they reviewed the various options I had. They knew I was only in the area for a short time, another week. They didn't want me trying to relax with the broken tooth. They pulled the broken tooth and set me up with a replacement. Outstanding work. Total commitment to my wellbeing. If it wasn't such a long drive from where I live, I'd change dentist's in a heartbeat.

Advanced dentistry is the best dental office! It comes with amazingly personable staff, knowledgeable staff and you can tell how much work they put into their patients and office. The office it's self is clean and tidy. That was a big catch for me. Dr. Brown was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I've avoided going to the dentists for years and years but after being taken care of by Dr. Brown that changed. He stays up to date with all technology and I went from having a missing tooth to a beautiful implant. I have heard horror stories of implants and it couldn't have gone better with Dr. Brown. I'm not someone that leaves reviews but I felt this office and dentist needed the shout out! Forever one of Dr. Browns patients!
