Dr. Mularczyk prides himself on being able to provide a comprehensive range of care. After achieving a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology with a minor in biology, Dr. Mularczyk pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He then accepted a General Practice Associateship in a multi-specialty dental office in Peoria, IL before eventually starting his private practice in 2003. Each year, he exceeds continuing education requirements, which allows him to reach new heights in clinical excellence for his valued patients. He has combined expertise with a kind, caring nature, resulting in a unique, faith-based approach to dentistry. Above all else, he works hard to provide a truly safe dental space to all of those in need of compassionate, loving care!
Dr. Mularczyk married his wife in 1994, and theyve been blessed with three beautiful children. When he isnt busy caring for patients, he spends his free time hiking, skiing, backpacking, fishing, mountain biking, and kayaking. Being with loved ones is also always a top priority.

The dentist and his staff are very cordial and knowledgeable. Everyone in this office treats people nicely and have a good sense of humor making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Very punctual with the appointments and overall a job well done. I'm glad I chose Advanced Dentistry of Dayton for my family. We are all very satisfied.

I needed a dental procedure : cap removal, grinding, and replacement for leaking buckle to prevent cavities. Dr Mularczyk talked out loud as he went to explain things, answered any questions I had, checked on my comfort. What could be an intimidating experience for some- always takes trust to have someone work on your mouth- it was easy enough. The office also offers Invisalign. As well I've always had professional experiences from check in to dental hygienists , dentist to check out.

After having an extremely bad experience with a dentist when I was a kid where I was shamed and yelled at for not flossing correctly (something I didn't yet know how to do), I was terrified to ever go back to a dentist. My parents also never thought dental care was important. I only really learned how to properly care for my teeth in my early 20s when I specifically sought out that information on my own. I was still terrified to ever go back to a dentist. After having a cleaning at Advanced Dentistry of Dayton and having fillings done for the first time, I don't know why I was ever so anxious. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. The hygienists and the doctor are very skilled and professional as well as nice, compassionate, and caring. I felt like I could be open about my struggles and not be judged for it. I felt in control over every aspect of my appointment, like I could speak up about any pain or anxiety and actually be listened to. Something that I thought was going to be one of the most anxiety-inducing experiences I ever had turned out to be a breeze. I'm so grateful to everyone that helped me here. You all have changed my perception of dentists and have allowed me to start to overcome my fear while getting the care that I need.

I recently switch to Advanced Dentistry with Dr Mularczyk & have had a great experience. I've had multiple fillings in the past. This week I had my first fillings done with this practice. The numbing process was completely painless. I took one dose of ibuprofen once the numbing wore off and could barely even tell I had work done. All the staff is super friendly and helpful as well. I definitely recommend this practice!

The place is nice and the people working there are professionals, I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled and I can say I didn't expect such a great level of professionalism and precision, I felt safe and treated with respect, it is the place I recommend for everyone including families, Dr. James and his team are amazing. This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Mularczyk puts you at ease from the start. I have never had any discomfort in the 3 years I have been seeing him and I have had several crowns done that I had been putting off. I am one of those that had a horrific dental experience as a child that has haunted me for life. Top that off with it is extremely difficult to get me numb and my dentist in the past have to use a great deal of the medication before they start and usually have to administer more halfway through my procedure. Wish I had been seeing him long ago.

I have been going to Advanced Dentistry of Dayton for a few years now and they are honestly the best I have even been to! Not only is the care done with compassion, the staff truly invests in their patients and ask about family members and situations in your life that they remember discussing during your previous visit! Only dental necessities are preformed and their billing is very fair! I have recommended others to the office and will continue to recommend people here!

Our 9 yr old needed a filling and Dr Mularczyk did it again....he was gentle, playful and reassuring as he worked on her. She always tells me she loves to go to the dentist and I think it's because the entire office staff is so warm and friendly.
