I dont think its a mistake that we are so successful at what we do at Advanced Dentistry. One of my favorite quotes, The distance between dreams and reality is called Action, by unknown. This is what I love to doits my passion, and my duty. I remember how my parents sacrificed everything in Nigeria to come to US for myself and siblings to have an education. I remember my 5 siblings sharing 2 bedroom apartment. My parents working 4 jobs between each other. This has developed who I am today. I continue to strive to stay above being average but seek out to create excellence.
I received my Fellowship American Dental Implant Association September 2012-this distinction is achieved by less than 5% of dentist worldwide. I was also nominated amongst my peers as the 40 under 40 Fall 2014. You can count on me to stay on top of the newest treatments and the most current research. Dr. Chudd graduated from the University of Pennsylvania dental school and then served 2 years in the US army dental corps. He has been in private practice since then spoiling his patients and giving them excellent caring service. We are honored to have Dr. Chudd at Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville.

Went in for a routine cleaning. Left with a $700 bill which really shocked me. I was told that my Insurance Company would reimburse me. Reason being they were no longer participating with my insurance. After months of waiting to be reimbursed, I reached out to my insurance company. My insurance company had paid the claim to Dr. Silva and also stated they were in the Network. Red flags or bells should have went off because I've always had dental insurance and never paid that amount of $$$ for dental coverage. I was able to recoup some of the $$ paid to the practice, but it took many calls to Brandy to actually get the funds. I am a business person myself and this is not my way of doing business. Therefore, I will definitely be seeking my Dental care elsewhere. It's very unfortunate, I was really looking forward to supporting Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville.

I have been going to Dr. Silva for the past 5 plus years. Her office and staff are so kind and helpful. Dr Silva has state of the art treatments. She treated my sleep apnea and is treating my brother who has multiple disabilities with Night laser apnea treatment. We are so happy to find a treatment that is noninvasive and doesn't require a c pap mask. The whole team is always friendly and make you feel right at home. Especially Brandi! I can't recommend them enough!

I found Dr. Silva on Google when I was new to the Collegeville area and looking for a dentist. Boy did I luck up! Dr. Silva is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and her office is equipped with all the latest technology. I appreciate that she takes the time to talk to her patients and answer questions and does not push you off on a hygenist. The staff is also awesome and works to accomadate difficult schedules and deals with all the dental insurance issues. Very nice office, very wonderful dentist. This office was absolutely horrible to deal with. My husband and I went on different days and we were both charged for services that were never done. That is a Huge red flag!!! I feel terrible for the patients that don't understand how to read their dental claims. When calling the office to have them send a corrective claim to the insurance company, they were extremely rude and difficult to deal with. The lady refused to send the corrective claim with the right code to the insurance company for the pictures that were taken on my husband. They billed out for a full set of X-rays (D0210) that were never taken, so now the insurance company won't cover another set for three years. What they did take was a 2D oral/facial photographic images, which the code is (D0350). Also when I went in for my cleaning I had to tell the Hygienist she forgot to clean the lower right quadrant and my upper front teeth, that is not high end dentistry if you ask me, then the dentist came in to do my exam and with out even looking at X-rays she wanted to crown all my back molars. The funny thing is she wanted to do the same on my husband. Being in the dental field for over 25 years, it shocked me that practices like this stay in practice. There were a ton of RED FLAGS with this Pratice!! I would stay far away from this place!

I came across Advanced Dentistry via a Facebook ad. I was looking for a new dentist close to me that could replace a filling that was recently done by another dentist 4 weeks ago, so I decided to read the ad and visit the website. Reading the About Us page on the site I discovered Dr. Silva attended my alma mater, another favorable sign. Once I showed up for my appointment, Jen the Technician built instant affinity and rapport with me, so any barriers I might have still had were immediately brought down. Dr. Silva was able to quickly assess why it happened and how she could remedy it. The procedure was simple, safe and effective. My family has found our new dentist.

Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville truly provides a 5 service. Dr. Nelly and her staff even during a pandemic was able to provide my family and I with AMAZING service. We came to know the office when my son chipped his tooth. My son 9 years old said we don't need to go back to our old dentist this place is better. I make an appointment for my whole family and the rest is history. Dr. Nelly and staff are truly educated and educates you before any work is done and make sure you understand what is about to happen. I need work done for years and it was explained clearly and a plan to get all of the work done in 1 years time. The cost was very reasonable. I left feeling like part of the family. Advance Dentistry of Collegeville is a 5 Diamond in my book.
