DR. MILLER, DDS, LVIF is a proud Amarillo native, so the Panhandle is very near to his heart. He graduated as Valedictorian of his high school class in Bushland. He then enrolled at Texas Tech University on academic scholarship, where he was active in both the College of Arts & Sciences as well as the Honors College. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in only 3 years.
He attended The University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, where he had the opportunity to learn the latest techniques in dentistry and receive training using advanced technology such as dental lasers and digital scanning and case planning. Upon completion, he also received the highest award given in dental training at UT in the field of operative dentistry.
Recognizing early on that dental school was only a foundation and that there was still so much more to learn, Dr. Miller pursued rigorous additional training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). He has obtained Fellowship status (LVIF) at LVI, as recognition of being one of the top cosmetic restorative and TMJ dentists in the country. As a patient of our practice, you will experience the forefront of up-to-date dentistry, with experience in the latest developments in neuromuscular, adhesive, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Millers passion for technology will be evident from your very first visit with us. We are a fully digital office with modern and precise digital treatment planning workflows. We are the only office in the area with all the technology under one roof to comprehensively digitally diagnose complex jaw problems using 3-D jaw tracking, computerized EMG muscle activity analysis, CBCT (3-D facial and skeletal imaging), and digital intraoral scanning (which is much more accurate than the older method of traditional impressions). This objective and highly accurate scientific diagnosis and treatment planning ability leads to the best possible outcomes for our patients undergoing TMJ therapy or functional restorative dental treatments and cosmetic smile makeovers.
Outside the office, Dr. Miller also enjoys volunteering and serving the community. He serves as a Clinical Instructor/Supervising Dentist at the Amarillo College Dental Hygiene Program, and you can regularly find him participating in dental Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile events. He and his wife, Rachel, a local attorney, actively attend Hillside Christian Church.

I was so blown away on how incredible the front office, Hygienist, Doctor and whole experience was at advanced dentistry of Amarillo. I've been to MANY different dentists from all over and they went over and above all expectations I had. I drove two hours to see them and will continue to.

Dr. Miller is FANtastic. He made my crown repair a very easy process and also painless. Even the days after the repair I felt literally no pain or soreness. I highly recommend him. His practice and technique is like the name says...advanced.

Today marked the final step of 11 months worth of meticulously planned dental reconstruction by Dr. Trey Miller at Advanced Dentistry in Amarillo. Last January I started the search for the perfect dental professional to achieve results to meet my expectations. What I didn't know, was how damaged my Temporomandibular Joint was. In simple terms, Dr. Miller and his staff were able to help me with all of my issues, I went in with neck pain, headaches, mild sleep apnea, and jaw issues, and came out with a world of relief, bite stability, better sleep, and can I mention, a more beautiful set of teeth than I thought possible! I consider Trey a friend, and am very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him on this project. It turned out amazing! #neuromuscular #cosmeticdentistry #reconstruction

I have had problems with an old crown for several months. Trey and his team worked with me until the issue was resolved. They worked with me until the crown fit and my bite was where is needed to be.
