After graduating from dental school in the top 5% of his class Dr. Darian Kaar worked as a general dentist, conducted research, and participated in training for the purpose of promoting dental health knowledge. In his relentless pursuit of perfection and excellence, he returned to school for specialty training in Prosthodontics. At the same time, as an instructor, he taught various courses to dental students. In 2002, he received his degree in Prosthodontics and graduated with honors.

Simultaneously he received a Masters of Science degree in Dentistry. Through specialty training at Indiana University and years of experience he has acquired the skills for restoring optimum function and aesthetics to your smile. Dr. Kaar is Board certified and Diplomate of American Board of Prosthodontics. He is also a Fellow of American College of Prosthodontists and a member of International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Marrium Haroon graduated dental school in 2012 and have since been actively involved in expanding her dental education. She has been fortunate enough to have presented and published her research on Influence of dental awareness on oral hygiene of medical and dental students, at the IADSR. Her pursuit of dental education brought her to New Jersey where she often volunteered at Give Kids A Smile as well as the Mission of Mercy events. She then further completed a Fellowship in Periodontics and Implantology at the University of Kentucky and provided dental care at the Mission clinic in Lexington, Kentucky. She went further to expand her education and then completed a 3 yr residency program in Periodontics and a Masters degree in Oral Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she also served as the Chief Resident. During the course of her residency training she received extensive training in IV moderate sedation with rotations in the department of Anesthesiology at UI Health in Chicago.

Besides learning the art of dentistry, She enjoys spending time with her family in New Jersey and Tennessee. She loves outdoor adventures and is a bit of an adrenaline junkie. She has been able to go hiking, rock climbing as well as white water rafting. The city of Dallas has opened a new chapter in her life and she wishes to explore the city and serve the community and people in Dallas.

Dr. Olga Hardin was born and raised in Russia. She came to USA in 1998 to pursue higher education. Dr. Hardin graduated with a degree in Finance from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Upon graduation, she worked for an investment bank and later for Fortune 100 companies. Dr. Hardin continued to excel in Corporate America, and yet she felt dissatisfied as she saw no direct impact on people around her. Growing up, she remembers her mom, who was a cardiologist, saving peoples lives and how grateful those patients and their families were. Dr. Hardin knew she wanted to do something where she can make a difference in peoples life. She decided to go back to school to pursue her true passion- dentistry.

In 2010 Dr. Hardin was accepted into highly acclaimed Dental school at University of Southern California (USC). While at USC, she had a great honor to learn from world renowned faculty such as Dr. Pascal Magne and Dr. Stanley Malamed to mention a few. Dr. Magne is one of the worlds most renowned esthetic dentist and a founding father of biomimetic dentistry (minimally invasive). Dr. Malamed, is a founding father of dental anesthesia, who continues to lecture around the world. While at USC, Dr. Hardin was accepted into highly competitive program ran by Dr. Malamed. The program allowed her to expand her knowledge in managing dental emergencies, as well as giving early hands on exposure into IV sedation dentistry.

Dr. Hardin has moved to Dallas, TX in 2014. She enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry. Dr. Hardin strongly believes in continuing education and staying on top of new advancements dentistry has to offer. She is one of very few general dentists in the area who offers IV sedation to her patients. Dr. Hardin strives to ensure her patients have the best dental experience possible.

When Dr. Hardin is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family: her husband, 5 kids, a dog and a cat who they adopted from a shelter. She loves to garden, fish and travel. She has been to 26 countries and hope to resume traveling again soon.
